These are the best rug cleaners in the area by far. If they weren't any good, they wouldn't be getting high praise from me as they are now. They've made so many rugs immaculate over the past decade, and they've also done rug restoration work for me. I think they also do other upholstery cleaning, but I haven't used them for this. Should I ever need a couch cleaned, I know who to call. Keep up the good work!

New York Carpet’s team was instrumental after my rug was damaged by a flood. Now you'd never know these are the best rug cleaners in the area by far. If they weren't any good, they wouldn't be getting high praise from me as they are currently. When I needed to reschedule at the last minute, they accommodated me and didn't charge me a cancellation fee. Then, when it was finally feasible to have them clean my area rug at my home, they did a remarkable job. I love a flexible company, and New York Carpet is definitely that kind of company. Moreover, I didn't have to worry about the cleaning process harming my dogs, and this was refreshing to say the least. Happy to give five stars here. I wish I could give more!

I need to give a huge shout-out to New York Carpet. Everything about this company is good. They respond quickly, they’re courteous and professional, and they clean rugs for a low price. I'm thrilled that you can get high-quality results for an affordable price here. They know how to combine the best of both worlds. The last time they cleaned my 50-year-old braided wool rug, it was fresh and spotless for weeks after they cleaned it. I was stunned!

I wouldn't be surprised if this is the best rug cleaning service in NYC. It certainly seems that way. I've been using this rug cleaning service for years, and I've only had good experiences. My friends, on the other hand, have used some other rug cleaning services, and I haven't heard great things from them. It's clear that I made the right move by giving my business to New York Carpet all those years ago. I know they'll never let me down. They're masterful rug cleaners.
