Absolute godsend! they took an irreputable situation that was extremely negatively impacting my life and gave me some continuance of hope through out the whole process. they contacted me periodically with curtesy and politeness to break down information on a level even i could understand. there isnt much i swear by but Kevin Roach and his paralegals are the team to be on. they'll your TACKLE priorities and get you the most comp. your situation. thank Kevin YOU DA MAN!

I was in an unfortunate car accident and Kevin's team was so kind throughout the entire process; making me feel like my physical and mental health were always top priority, and the end settlement was just a silver lining in the situation.
I had a wonderful experience working with Kevin and Danielle! They always kept me in the loop of what is going on, answered my millions of questions, helped me understand the legal world (of which I know next to nothing about), were always available to check-in and were overall very supportive.
They definitely made a very stressful situation more bearable for me. They also always treated me like a human being first and not JUST a client - always asking about different personal things they knew were going on in my life, checking in to see how other injured family members were doing, and so on. In August 2020 I was in a serious car accident. Involving being dragged by a Freightliner across I 44 and rolling back across three lanes coming to rest upside down in a ditch. Hysteria, shock and terror all resulted from the crash and being trapped. In the coming days I realized my executive functioning was insufficient to manage all the steps facing me. A dear friend knew about Kevin Roach and insisted I relinquish all the red tape and call Kevin. I surrendered and called Kevin for representation. He accepted the assignment and I was able to begin healing. NOW I am paying it forward with this review hoping you will pick up the phone, get the help you need and focus on yourself. Kevin has a calming approach, is fastidious with research and legal matters (each accident is unique) I felt heard and seen, he allows you to partner in the claim so no detail is overlooked all with integrity and trust. I texted him about something along the way and he called me back from Colorado, now that's responsive. Danielle is the paralegal, assistant and person that will feel like family when things are settled. She wades through the deep with all the records, requests, read emails at 10 pm and is a wealth of information. She is compassionate but gives very intelligent direction. She came to my home knowing that was easier for me. The settlement, we all three felt fairly compensated. Things don't end with the settlement especially if you have ongoing issues.
