Awful service and HAIR in my BAGEL!!! Took 10 minutes to get an order for my bagel! I was the only one in the store! And then I got the incorrect order. A toasted bagel with plain cream cheese doesn't seem too complicated. Just wanted to support a local business but will defiantly just go to Einstein bagel instead.

I've been going here for years. It's great to have a neighborhood bagel shop where the proprietors do their best to learn the regulars' names and orders. This Father-Daughter owner duo will brighten your morning before work and their bagels are amazing too.

Best bagels in Richmond. That's a low bar, but it's still nice to have at least one place in town that understands that bagels are not the same thing as a vaguely round loaf of bread with a hole in the middle.

I ordered a breakfast bagel and i must say i was impressed very good and came out quickly. I got the evreything bagel and i could taste the different flavors on each bite. Nice looking women behind the counter as well. Will be back to try the steak and cheese!

We go here for lunch from time-to-time, and always enjoy it. excellent fresh breads, deli meat selections, very tasty soups and good salads.

Affordable too, with friendly staff. I like the soup & 1/2 sandwich combination with either tomato or chicken noodle soup and one of the 1/2 sandwiches like the "Bada Bing"!

Everyone was so friendly! Every time I go in, the regulars are there making everyone smile, and the cashiers were helpful and sweet. Huge sandwiches and really good cookies!! What else could you want??

Love the food here-breakfast or lunch! I especially like the egg sandwiches. Everything is freshly prepared to your liking and the prices are reasonable. Friendly service-I'm always greeted with a smile. Definitely recommend!
