I just visited Bliss for a deep tissue massage. First, I would like to give God the glory because I soon as I laid down I asked that He would work through Courtney’s hands; and that’s what He did! Secondly, I would like to express how wonderfully talented Courtney is I asked for deep tissue and that’s exactly what I received. The massage was not only relaxing, but very therapeutic! Being the daughter of a 30 year long massage therapist, I know the hard work that goes into deep tissue and I’m so very grateful for Courtney’s attention to detail and true love for her calling. Lastly, my overall experience with Bliss was relaxing and very comfortable. I appreciate all the effort that every staff member made to make my visit memorable. Thank you and you have my very best recommendation to everyone considering a trip to Bliss!

I love the Bliss atmosphere! Been going there for a couple of years now. Aleta does an outstanding job on my hair. Brings me back to life. Love the ambiance and the people that work there. Whether it’s the front desk going for a massage, facial, etc. any service I keep going back. Let’s me fade away into vacation mode during this crazy time in our lives.

Amber did an amazing job with my cut and color. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! Her personality and chit chat was just as awesome. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times! The salon itself was clean, welcoming, and was an extremely relaxing environment! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

We loved our mini spa day at Bliss! It was one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff is warm and welcoming as well as experienced and friendly. We loved the nail technicians as well and will make this our regular nail spot! Nancy for hair is amazing!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is ALWAYS professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Ever since I started coming here, I had brought my husband and told my co-workers about it! I love coming here to literally, just get away. So far, I've had a haircuts, a massage and a wax! Everything has been amazing, that I booked my husband for a massage on Saturday. Would DEFINITELY recommend! P.S. LOVE Rachel And Lilly!

Horrible experience. Haircut was several inches shorter than picture I provided. Stylist was crass and rushed. After some chit chat and finding out we knew a couple of the same people she actually talked negatively about two of my acquaintances, which I found extremely unprofessional. Will never go back or recommend.

I've been to every place that cuts hair in Cleveland and heard the same thing "that's so simple" and time and time again I'd leave disappointed. After stopping in bliss one day, I've never went anywhere else. Mallory hands down is the best and the only person I ever let touch my hair. The owner and staff are just as incredible. Feels more like coming to see family rather than going to a business.

I went to Bliss for a cut and color service and it was amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and all of the employees were friendly and offered me water, tea, and coffee. I was very happy with the way my hair turned out and I'm usually picky. I also love the Aveda products they smell so good and keep my hair healthy and shiny! I definitely will go back when I need my hair done again and also to try their other service! I highly recommend it!

Great service and prices. Just moved to Cleveland from Atlanta and needed my hair done, I was able to make the appointment online and they sent out an email confirmation. Great products and great stylist. Lauren Huffman did my hair and she is awesome!

I wanted to wait and give my review when I was no longer angry (as to not sound like a thundering fool), but I am still angry all the same. While the decor is definitely nice, and the people are pretty friendly, I found that it couldn't make up for the lack of professionalism and integrity shown by one of the stylists in particular.
I came in feeling really vulnerable, knowing full well that my distressed hair needed some serious help. I was nervous, and it showed. I wish now that it hadn't because this woman took full advantage of that.
Along with pressuring me into more expensive services, she insisted that Aveda's ingredients were superior to other hair care. In particular she boasted of how alcohol free they were. I was skeptical, but she swore up and down that besides one particular type of alcohol in the hair spray, they were alcohol free.
She then went into great detail about how my hair would be damaged by alcohol, all the whIle selling me on their product.
I went ahead and bought something, only to find out later (under better light- I have awful vision) that there was not only alcohol in it, but there were several different kinds in it.
Well of course I tried to return it, and of course I had no idea that Aveda had a No Return Whatsoever Policy. So I was pretty livid.
I was either deceived into buying a product that I didn't need, or she was so misinformed that she didn't even realize how wrong she was.
I left feeling pretty taken advantage of. ..and with a product that's probably subpar compared to something generic. I canceled my next session with her, and now I'm pretty wary of going to another Bliss to be honest.

Lauren is my hair stylist and she is amazing! I have never left the salon without feeling beautiful. From day one Lauren listened to what I wanted and has always given me a fabulous result! I have never had better hair color and hair style in my life. Lauren is amazing at color, cut and also does my keratin treatments. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the salon!

I been going to Bliss Day spa since 3 years I never had a bad experience! I never knew I could look so beautiful.
The passion and communication skills at Aveda Day spa are awesome you can just sit back and relax and never have to worry about anything.what I love the most is that my Hair color and hair cut is matched to compliment my natural beauty features plus everybody is so welcoming and very professional I promise you, you will leave absolutely happy every time .
