I received a gift card for my birthday and was super happy to find Hand & Stone. The Carytown location is easy to access with lots of parking. The reception was very nice and the staff and clientele felt inclusive and diverse. The interior was dimly lit and looked like a good balance between spa and clinic -- cozy and clean. The massage therapist was professional and had several years of experience.

I absolutely love this place! I got the massage and facial package as a gift and ended up signing up for the membership. Celeste has done wonders with my skin and helped me to really understand it! I highly recommend it.

Have been going to Hand & Stone for quite awhile. Have never had a bad experience - - and have services with several people. This week it was a massage with Matt - - - he found the source of a problem I've been having with my hip and I slept without pain last night for the first time in months. Lynette for a facial -- was wonderful. Can't wait to go back again.

First facial at Hand & Stoneand it really exceeded my expectations. On a referral I booked a standard facial with Leta, and she's absolutely spectacular. She customized my treatment to the point where my results were immediately noticeable. Her experience and passion for skincare left me feeling empowered to prioritize my own skin. Skeptical at first of the membership structure the incentives and transparency inevitably led me to sign up. We've been burned by membership massage/day spas in the past but a 30 day cancellation policy is something I can live with. I've already booked my follow up appointment and started incorporating a new face wash routine before bed. My appointment was last Friday but I'm seriously counting down the days until my next session.

I always have a good experience at Hand & Stone! I have received services from both Wes and Molly, and they are both amazing! I regularly see Molly (about once a month), and she is the best massage therapist I have ever worked with! She is respectful, and intuitive about pressure level and such. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out!

Was only my second massage there but so far better with each time. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The other massage therapist I had before was there and remembered me despite it being 1+months since I'd been. The rapport-buidling effort is seamless and felt completely comfortable/professional with each therapist.

I love this spa. I'm a member, but I mostly come for the massages. Every massage professional has their own style and techniques, so every experience is unique. I've had one facial here as well, and it was wonderful. I loved the education I received during the service, and the products used are things I plan to buy once mine run out. The only thing I regret is not being able to make the time to come more often.

I had a wonderful experience at Hand & Stone! The receptionists were super helpful and friendly. My massage with Molly was relaxing and rejuvenating. She listened to my concerns about my neck and shoulders and really made sure to focus on those areas. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed- my back never felt better. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The massage therapists here are great. I prefer firm pressure and most of them provide this quality and are very intuitive to where the tension and stress accumulate. The only complaint I have is the length of time. Some therapists will massage for a whole 50 minutes no matter what time they start, but I've had some who will stop exactly at 10 minutes of the hour even if they started 10 minutes later. So if the appointment is at 1:00, but the massage doesn't start till 1:10, they still stop at 1:50. I feel if I'm paying for a 50 minute massage, I'm getting massaged for 50 minutes. Not the case some times.

The staff have always been very pleasant and courteous when I have gone into this location. I have been a member there for over half a year and it's always a wonderful experience. The entire office is always clean and very welcoming. I have never had any complaints with any of my massages and highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience! The staff was very courteous and the facility immaculate. I enjoyed a relaxing massage and a soothing facial from two friendly and knowledgeable professionals. I left feeling like a new person! Highly recommend Hand and Stone!

I have been a member since 2014 and I love my monthly massages! I feel welcome and special every time I go in for my appointments. The massage therapists are talented and very professional. The atmosphere is calming, aesthetically pleasing and it's always nice and clean. I feel so good after every massage! I expect to be a member for many years to come.

I am a member here and frequent this location. The staff never fail to be courteous and professional checking in and out, suggest ways to use my credits, and make me feel welcome. My massages are always relaxing and therapeutic. This product is such a great value, both the massages and the facials! Pamper yourself!
