From the reception through completion, our pool experience was magnificent. Wes and his team presented a very professional work ethic and ensured the process went smooth, even in my absence and during long business trips. Our pool is only a few weeks old, but the quality and craftsmanship far exceeds that of our expectation. I am impressed with the aftercare and attention Wes and his team have placed on ensuring we understand how to maintain and service our investment for durability and longevity. I recommend anyone looking for a pool to enjoy the same experience we had and contract New Wave Pools. The quality of work and price shadowed that of other competitors and met our financial needs.

Called to get a quote. $690 for the pump, and $100 for the service. I got the exact pump he quoted me for $250, and let him know, and he said he would not install it unless I bought it from him. Huge scam. I installed it myself for free and saved myself $540. It was way easier than expected because the pump came with easy instructions to follow.

After receiving this review, he called me and cussed me out because I told him it was a rip off when he asked why he received this type of review. He resourced to name calling in a very degrading/demeaning manner. Do not use them for service.

Now he is lying about the cursing and the numbers. I have the conversation recorded in case anything further comes up as he was threatening me on the phone.

Wes and Darren are AMAZING!!! They show up when scheduled, return calls promptly, answer questions competently and without jargon or double talk. Can't express how impressed and HAPPY we are with New Wavw Pools. Our pool is running properly again for the first time in MONTHS! They accurately evaluated the issue, suggested an affordable fix, scheduled the repair within days. When install was complete, they showed us how to use the new equipment, marked and labeled the valves, cleaned up when they were finished. HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I shopped many pool companies all over the Columbia area and ultimately decided on New Wave Pools. Glad I did. Wes and his team are thoroughly professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of pool repair, design and resurfacing. We asked Wes to install a special scupper from our hot tub to the pool. They did it to perfection. Wes isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and goes above and beyond to support the customer. He has my highest recommendation.

After interviewing several pool companies, my husband and I decided to hire New Wave Pools to do our build. We based our decision on many factors but the primary reason is because we felt that Wes was the most knowledgeable, upfront, and honest of all. Our back yard is very small and we are landlocked. Wes came up with a custom pool design that would give us the most bang for our buck and meet our need for curves.

Due to the size of our yard, this was a challenging build for sure! Wes coordinated and managed the entire construction process from start to finish and kept our yard and sanity in tact!!! HIs staff was professional, friendly, and non-stop workers!!!

Our new 12 x 16 x 32 (with curves,lol) is beautiful! the 12ft in pool entry steps are stunning and state of the art. All of the equipment provided is the best available today and simple to operate from our iPhones!!

We HIGHLY RECOMEND New Wave Pools!

Wes is professional and knowledgable about pools. I had spoken with other pool companies and went with New Wave Pools on a recommendation. I am so glad I did!! He took the time to explain every procedure and option to me so that I could make an informed decision. His team did an excellent job on the install. The job was done exactly as it was described. Building a pool is a significant financial commitment and it is also a commitment to significantly altering your surroundings. When we decided to build a pool, I met with and obtained estimates from two local pool companies. I was comfortable with neither, not because of their prices but because of what I perceived to be a lack of service. I am so glad I did additional research because, in doing so, I found New Wave Pools. Our pool was completed about two weeks ago. The construction process was smooth and through the entire process, I felt Wes Hatcher cared deeply about the quality of his work. Wes is honest, conscientious, forthright and honors his commitments. His fees are reasonable. He offered great suggestions while respecting our ideas. The result is a beautiful pool that we will always enjoy. Currently, Wes is patiently guiding me through the maintenance process. He has always been available when called upon and happy to assist. I will recommend him for construction, pool maintenance, repair. He made the pool building experience a pleasant one.
