Room#5 was excellent. Bluetooth stereo, Large Roku TV to watch HBO using my own FIOS account. Only a block and a half from the boards, location can't be beat.

Rooms are small but clean. Outdoor pool is small. Parking is very tight especially when there is an oversized truck or car in the lot

The staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early. This is a motel. Nothing fancy. The location is superb. The price was a little high for the quality of the property. The wifi doesn't work if you're in a corner room. The parking lot is tiny. It's got a hint of being a "party motel" and I could have done without the cigarette butt can right in front of our room's door but we stayed off season and it was quiet. It's a fine place to stay for an overnight if you aren't a large party and don't plan to spend much time in the room. The television in the master bedroom of our suite didn't work.

It was very expensive so i was expecting something a lot better than what it was. Its okay when you are only there for a few days and will be out most of the time. Its very small which i wasnt expecting with how expensive it was. The pool was very nice though along with all the staff

Location is really good!! Only about five minutes away from the boardwalk. The rooms can be nice for a week stay but it depends on what room you get, some are better than others. WiFi doesn't reach every room so if you are here for business and needed to go online, try to get a room close to the office or go to a different hotel. They have a decent size pool for kids to swim in. Also, remember this is a motel not a hotel so you aren't exactly getting hotel service. But if you are a small family or couple of kids coming down for a week or a little more, this is a nice place to stay.

When we want in the place smell overwhelming of bleach than there was two bugs in the bathroom, my son pull of the pull out bed to find a dead spider and lots of lil black things on the sheets , with what look like blood or pizza . When I want to the front desk the lady insisted that they did not have bugs but that the place was just sprayed she came back to the room and told me that the bud on the bed was a spider I told her that we were just leaving they did offer another room but by this time my grandson was screaming and my husband was quite irritated that he just wanted to leave. I call booking . Com they call the hotel and they told them we had the pizza in the room no the kids ate it in the stroller on the way back to the room . We were not there two hours and they will not give me back any of my money y I ask

Pictures seem not to reflect reality. Sofa in room spelled of old sweat and was torn . It was like something you see on the road for recycling . Light cables run along the wall and fixed straight onto the wall and Celine like a third world repair job. Barthroom shower was the same where the rubber shower tube is conceited directly to the mains supply pipe. Lack of investment in the motel is evident that's prop ably why it's rated 2 star but the price of $123 off season does not justify what you are getting as value for money. For what you get it should be half the price they charge.

The location was close enough to restaurants and the boardwalk that walking to anywhere close only took a few minutes. The rooms were cleaned very nicely each day and new towels and sheets provided. The pool area is one of the negative aspects as it was only a few feet deep and right next to a busy road. Overall it was pretty much what you would expect from a motel.

I've stayed at sifting sands for two October-may seasons now and have loved it! The staff is very friendly and prompt with any questions or concerns. I stayed in apts 34 and 7, both adorable! You will absolutely enjoy your stay! It is close to Acme, a family friendly park, and a mere few blocks to the boardwalk fun.
