  When the March storms caused damage to our roof and gutters, we decided to give New Look a call after reading the great reviews from others. From the first call and meeting with Julian the owner, we were immediately impressed and knew we had made the right choice. Julian is a professional and truly cares about the customer, which is something rare these days. He explained to me that our shingles were no longer manufactured and due to a law in Kentucky, our insurance company would have to replace the entire roof. On another note, two years ago after a similar incident, another contractor told me that it wasn't worth filing a claim and that I should repair myself. The next couple of months were not so great as our insurance didn't agree and said our shingles could still be found and that we could just patch our roof. This is why it's of the utmost importance to have an experienced contractor like Julian and his team. He and Colin were with us every step of the way and jumped through the insurance company hoops with us, to make sure we were taken care of. Eventually our insurance company agreed and said, "you are right, that shingle is not made anymore" and agreed that the entire roof would need to be replaced. During all this, another storm occurred, and we lost more shingles, I called Julian and he immediately sent someone to take care of these new issues. Shortly after this, the day arrived for our new roof and once again the professionalism and craftsmanship of this company was on full display. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and the completed job. This review has already turned in to a small novel, but I could go on and on about how great this company is. Since then, we have recommended New Look to several family and friends, and they too have not been disappointed. Julian and his entire team go above and beyond to make sure that not only is the job done correctly and timely, but that customer service is of the highest quality. New Look has definitely earned a customer for life with us, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Very happy with New Looks job on my siding. Fair price and excellent craftsmanship and materials. Would use them again later down the road. Colin is a very informative and laid back salesman who made the process super smooth and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

  I would highly recommend New Look Roofing. We live in a 120+ year old house in the Highlands and were in the need of new siding due to the deterioration of our wood siding. We called quite a few places with little luck to actually get someone out and return a quote. After a recommendation from a friend, we called Julian at New Look and the next day he was out there to look at the Job. He gave us a quote that evening. The crew worked very hard and the quality of the work was excellent. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

  New look was so great!! I called several roofing companies to figure out my options and to make sure I knew no one was gonna take advantage of me (sorry but being a single mom who knows nothing about roofing I was worried about that). Out of the 5 companies 2 tried to force me to sign a contract without even getting a estimate, 1 just never called back, 1 called about once a month, and New Look kept in contact every step of the way!! Colin came to my house on 2 separate occasions, called weekly for any updates and to ask if he could help, and made sure I knew my rights when it came time to fight my insurance company!! If I texted or called him he would always answer or respond in a timely manner. He stayed by my side for over 2 months without a signed contract helping me every step of the way, until I ultimately won a full replacement roof. I 1000% recommend New Look

  Great company to work with. Colin at New Look was very responsive and helped me every step of the way. He explained all my options and we worked together to get my roof, gutters, and siding replaced to my liking. I am very impressed how everything turned out. I highly recommend!
