My husband and I have been the customers of State Fund Insurance company for nearly 8 years now. We could not be more happier with their service. We have been working with Laura Marshall for all these years from getting renters insurance when I moved to the US after my wedding. We then went with Laura for our home and auto insurance needs when we got our home and a car. Laura is very prompt and we always get personalized service because she really cares. I've had home and auto insurance through State Fund for nearly 10 years. While I've had very few claims, they've all been handled very well. My contact, Laura Marshall, has always been really responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. She has been so great in fact over the years I had convinced myself she was similar to the "Flo" from Progressive concept and was actually a whole team of people working together but turns out she's just that good :)
