Extremely responsive!!! I hit a raccoon Saturday night.. notified Staci Mande that evening and she responded to me by 7:30am Sunday morning!! By Wednesday, I had already talked to the company of my choosing to repair my front end AND the insurance company the Mande’s have my insurance through, Liberty Mutual. The following Wednesday my car was fixed. Mande Insurance is a great group of people focused on an amazing end result for their customers. And because of their independence, they have been able to shop my policies to get me cost effective insurance without sacrificing value and service.

DONT BUY INSURANCE HERE! If they find out you have a felony in your past they will drop your insurance without notice. What does having a felony do with home owners insurance? I paid it in full once a year. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous. There’s 1000 insurance companies in this area it’s not hard to get it somewhere else. Horrible business people! And I’ll make sure everyone knows it too!
