The guy answering the calls to"update insurance policy" is extremely rude and doesn't seem to like the process of servicing clients. I was calling for their policy holder to gather info and ask a couple questions. He couldn't be bothered and hung up on me.
I have called 3 times, here is his charade. He just asks for your fax number, claims its all set and hangs up on you. all 3 times that was his way to not service the request instead of just directed me to the right place. sad

Classic "bait and switch." The bait is when they sign you up and collect the premium. Then the switch where one month later, they claim the house is underinsured whereby they send a bill for50% more than the original. I'm sure I'm not alone. I am surprised the Mass AG doesn't crack down on this deceptive business practice. Not surprisingly, their enrollment is dwindling.
Avoid this company at all costs.

The owner Marc very responsible and kind. Top notch place. Great variety of earrings. Piercers make you feel comfortable. I've been here several times and will continue to give them my business.
