it is more like a third world country government run offices. Nobody speaks English fluently, nobody cares, and the staff is rude and indifferent. I wish my postal center were somewhere else.

Mail delivery person claimed to have tried to deliver a package from Amazon but "needed signature or secure place". 1) I was physically present at home all afternoon. 2) I have a RING doorbell with a motion detector and a video recorder. Nobody was within 20 feet of my front door for an hour before or after the claimed delivery time. So I get an email notice to pick up package at PO. Tried to call to talk to Postmaster. System put me on hold and then hung up on me without any answer. Happened 5 times. Still haven't been able to talk to a real person.

I have always had decent service here. Sometimes the line gets long but that is what it is. Their PO Boxes are great as well.
