We love it here! We rent the cabins here every year. It doesn't have reception, which for us, makes our vacation even better! Beautiful hikes, very clean cabins, decent beds, remodeled kitchens. Love it!

Nice little lake with Sandy Beach and roped in area for swimming. Small play set for kids. Canoes and paddle boat too. The trail we walked is nicely maintained and shaded. Good for people not used to hiking far or small children. Great camp ground very clean.

One of the best of Maryland state parks! Quiet and secluded. Plenty of activities. Nice hiking trails. Excellent basic no-frills camping.

Beautiful, quiet, great place for parties and reunions. Great place to take the kids, if you want to spend some quality one on one with them, but don't tell them there's no cell service. :-)

Small park, but the trail system is extensive and very well done. Swim at the beach on a picturesque lake in summer, or cross country ski on the trails in winter. This is a great park to test your hiking ability, as the trails are some of the most well marked I've seen. Cabins are beautiful and affordable.
