Hiking the trail from North to South. It's a great trail and at each shelter area there are privy.

This hiking trail is my favorite, the camping is the best as the structures they made are great to stay in.

Love to go to the free primative campsites with my classic vanagon. Great hiking and biking or just relax by the fire.

Pretty area but too much "adult activity" going on. They need to patrol that place for a while.

I have been to this state park multiple times, though I have yet to traverse the entire trail, which is quite large and will take more than one day over-night camping, if you plan an also hiking this trail, make sure you LET SOMEONE KNOW, where you are going, when you left, and when you should be done, where you need to be picked up. This is one of those trails you could get hurt or lost on, so either do not go alone or make sure you have plenty of experience.

Very nice hiking trail and was marked. Wish there was more than one picnic table at the site we accessed the trail from.

It was a nice place to spend a winter day cross country skiing for the first time. Not sure how it rates for advanced users, but for beginners I felt it was perfect. The warming hut was nice and the people very friendly.

This place was very beautiful to visit! Even though there was no snow on the ground the scenery was amazing. It was a very nice get away for the day. I took my two dogs and they loved the lake! I also got really good pictures with my GoPro camera. There was nobody there so that was very nice. I highly recommend this. The only thing was, there were alot of gun shots in the distance. I am not sure if there is a range close by, but it was kind of annoying after awhile.
