  I will say Gall's had very good merchandise but just too expensive.

  Worst Customer Service in the History of Retail. The service sucks the people this company hires are ignorant, slow and rude. All around worst treatment given to the men and woman who protect the Santa Fe community.

  Do not order anything through this store. If they don't have it in stock in the store expect to wait months for your items to arrive.

  The New Galls store In Santa Fe, NM was extremely slow. They would advise that an order would be ready than when you go to pick it up it would not be there. If there were any other store that sells the things you need go there.

  Although the people are always really friendly, the whole store could not be slower its insanely frustrating. Especially when you don't live near ABQ or SF and have to order everything which reminds me, their website needs to be updated to be more user friendly and to reflect whats ACTUALLY in the store

  If I could give this place a zero I would. The NEW staff's lack of knowledge regarding the product should be a concern for the owners. The NEW staff (this place recently replaced their entire staff) are rude, short and their inability to even pretend to care for the customers needs is unprofessional.
  
  I needed a product and arrived at the business to acquire it. As she attempted to help me it became apparent she didn't not have the part I needed but seemed unaware of this due to the lack of product knowledge. I had to find out if it was something that could be ordered. After she selected it and said it would be ordered I left. About four weeks had passed I had not received a phone call abd decided to drop by the store to determine the status of the product. Upon speaking to the lady I ordered it from she told me it had never been ordered. The order was "placed" again and i asked for an estimate arrival window. The lady failed to provide one and became quite rude about it.
  
  About two weeks later I returned only to learn the store has failed to order the product. The excuse was the company requires a minimum purchase order amount and that product didn't not meet that requirement. The order was placed again and I was told they would call me. I was called approximately two days later, I arrived and found it was the incorrect part. I was very frustrated and the suggested I take my business someplace else and the lady replied, "Ok."
  
  This experience was the final straw for me. There have been several experiences like this prior and I have had it. I will never spend my money at this place again. I would rather drive to Albuquerques Koffmans than here (and I did).
