When my husband and I first began looking for apartments to rent in Alexandria, we had no idea what we were getting into. Stuart at Nesbitt Realty was the only realtor who would respond to our inquiries about rentals on the market. Once we retained his services, our experience got so much easier! He was able to show us several nice properties in town with less than 24 hours notice when we came to the area for a visit. He offered to continue working with us remotely (we are still in TN) and helped us secure a rental that fit all our needs. I would recommend Stuart to any family looking for property in Alexandria. I truly believe we would not have secured our ideal apartment without his help.

Our experience with Nesbitt Realty has been great! We just closed on our new home, and their advice, responsiveness, timeliness, and knowledge regarding the local housing market has been superb. Throughout the entire buying process their support has been incredibly professional, upbeat and kind. We couldn’t be happier!

After dealing with a nightmare property manager from a big name realty company, I found Nesbitt Realty on Angie's List many years ago and were a breath of fresh air. They treated me and my property with respect and dignity and I cannot recommend them enough. I never had to worry about a thing and when it came time to sell my condo, my property manager made the seamless shift to selling realtor and immediately went to work on my behalf. Love this company and when it's time to buy once again, I will definitely be giving them a call.

2 stars due to be ghosted by agents. Nesbitt Realty came recommended by a friend who recently relocated to the area so I reached out to find a rental property. Allen was recommended to me and I gave him a call and text who never responded. And then Nesbitt called to put me in touch with Andrew. He and I spoke a few times through text, a call, and then nothing after that. I sent follow up texts asking if there were updates and nothing. Tried calling and nothing. So my husband reached out to Nesbitt and was redirected to the same Andrew whose the rental specialist. This company was aggressive about pushing my husband towards buying which we can’t do right now. And for Andrew-if you don’t want to work with someone then professionally say that instead of ignoring a potential future buyer client. I bet these guys are great for buying and selling but I would not recommend coming here if you’re looking to rent. We are out of state renters and drove down to VA to look at places and found another local realtor who was more than happy to work with us and show us the local area.

I could go on and on about how wonderful this company is! Not only are they professional, but they are well experienced property managers. Kim Nesbitt deeply cares about her clients, and it shows. No matter the time of day, she will make herself available for a call. She’s responsive to emails and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner!
