Everything about this place is great: nice atmosphere, well executed menu, attentive staff, and a little bit of wimsy like ice in the restroom. Love the fried asparagus.

One if the best restaurants in Dallas! Get the meatball appetizer! The specials and cocktails are fantastic, but the salads, while very good, are VERY small.

We have been to Neighborhood Services twice before tonight and the last time we visited (over a year ago) was so spectacular that it made me want to come back but with so many fantastic restaurants in Dallas it took us awhile so I was really looking forward it and giddy about our dinner out in one of "my favorite restaurants" in Dallas.

Unfortunately, tonight did not meet the hype and expectations that we had for a lovely dinner. On a positive note, the service was very fast and attentive. We ordered the fried asparagus and oysters which were good but where it fell short was the "star of the show", my main course. I ordered the London Broil with frites but the meat came out gristly and fatty which is the exact opposite of how London Broil should come. After 3 bites between my boyfriend and I we gave up on the inedible. I let the server know and showed her the tough meat and she apologized and said she would take care of it. A minute later her "trainer" came and gave us a free pot de creme for the meat that we sent back.

Much to our surprise but at the same time shouldn't have been surprised, the bill came and they charged us for the full price of the dish. So not only was it not edible they still got their full pricing.

Very disappointing to say the least that we will likely not return.

Had a great experience here, even though my steak was somewhat charred from a dirty grill, they made it right by offering me another dish. The staff was super friendly as was the manage that brought out the next dish. Everyone else's food was very good.

Our favorite restaurant by far! The food is always fantastic. We always get the crudo or ceviche. The chicken enchiladas are insanely good. The hand pies for dessert are so good I often take one to go to heat up for breakfast if I'm too full for dessert. The cocktails are always on point, and they have a great wine selection as well. We prefer to sit at the bar but have sat at tables too and even when it's really busy, it's never too loud to hold a conversation. Our favorite bartender is now the manager. Can't ever remember her name but she's great. Service is always amazing. Really can't say enough good things about Neighborhood Services on Lovers Lane.

This is my favorite restaurant. The menu is creative but not crazy. The service is incredible, they work really hard to make it a special experience whether you are a regular or a first timer. Everything I've had here has been delicious.

I had a great experience at Neighborhood. Everyone here is nice and friendly. The tuna tartare was delicious; it came out with unique flavor of tuna. It was cooked correctly and well presented.

Fantastic meal - the scallops and chorizo dish blew me away. We also tried the 90 day aged steak which was a treat - totally unique flavor. The servers aren't just kids waiting tables to make money in college - these are folks who take pride in their knowledge of the food coming from the kitchen, every option on the wine and beer menu, and the restaurant they work in. I'd take my family back here any night for a high end meal - it produces top notch food without any of the Hollywood pretenses of a glam restaurant downtown. Look carefully when driving by - it's so unassuming from the outside you might walk right past the front door.
