  So disappointed with the Naturepedic experience. I bought an EOS from a store believing that it would be an easier & more trustworthy process than online buying. However Naturepedic refuses to honour the 100 day trial for a refund unless you buy online. I’ve since been calling customer service & the store to no avail.
  There is a reason why Naturepedic insists you sleep on the mattress for minimum 30 days before initiating any exchanges or refunds and this is because of recognising that you need time to see how the mattress is before a return.
  To say that you can’t return a store purchase because you “tried it in store” contradicts the rationale that you need at least 30 nights to trial it first. Absolutely disappointing and I do not believe this is a reputable company.

  My experience was with the Store in Brooklyn, NY. I have special needs and called the store for help with my order. Anthony was very helpful and understanding. He had all the answers to my questions and also gave me suggestions on what may work for me. He then placed my order, let me look it over by email and sent the confirmation receipt.
  I'm now looking forward to sleeping in my customized mattress!

  What a wonderful experience I had ordering a naturepedic organic ultra crib mattress for my grandson! I can’t thank Anthony enough for his kindness, patience & product knowledge! He really made the difference for me! 😊

  GREAT PLACE!!! Working with Anthony has been an immense joy. Graduating our toddler from his Naturepedic crib mattress to the twin trundle. One of the best mattress companies in the U. S.

  These are medicore mattresses and I don't understand how they have good reviews. The mattress itself is 5/10 but 1/10 for the price. Customer service is terrible.
