  Rhinebeck kitchen and bath is a terrible decision!! They ARE NOT a quality shop. They try to use new expensive products that you (the customer pays for) to try to make up for lack of knowledge and skills in this trade. You def can get much better for your money.
  Avoid them at all costs!

  I can't say enough good things about this place. Purchased a new kitchen from them 4 years ago. They sell nothing but high quality. Staff worked with us to design my wife's dream kitchen. Installers were craftsmen, not somebody that was sub contracted. The even built us a custom knife drawer.

  Where to start. First mistake: when ordering my cabinets, I requested soft close drawers AND cabinets. They messed up and only gave me soft close drawers. Second mistake: I have all white cabinets. They accidentally left the last cabinet unpainted, with a stained wood panel (this is my end cabinet, so it can be seen). Had to order a separate panel to fix it. Third mistake: drilled the holes on my bread cabinet too far down so that when knobs were put in, they scraped against the counter top (leaving gray marks on the countertops). Again, replacement had to be ordered and waited for. Fourth mistake: I ordered a hood with a range. I specified that I needed a self-circulating range, as they isn’t a way to vent out. Guy kept insisting we needed one that vents. I kept explaining it would not work. What do they deliver? A range that needs to be vented. I called to say I couldn’t have that; was told they would come out to my house to look. Never came or followed up. Didn’t care, already had my money at that point. Over a year later, still stuck with an unconnected hood range I can’t use. Because it’s not connected, I also don’t have a light above my stove. I said I wanted money back for the numerous mistakes (and I spent a lot of money on the cabinets), was told they would give me an additional cabinet (for above the fridge, which I didn’t want) at cost. Are you kidding me? No thanks, I’ll never so much as buy a cabinet knob from this company again. Scammers.

  Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath ensured that the entire project progressed smoothly. Scott thoughtfully designed our kitchen and provided excellent service throughout. Chris managed the construction process which proceeded flawlessly. The workers were friendly, professional, and outstanding craftsmen with an attention to detail that ensured we had absolutely no reservations regarding the finished product. We stand in our kitchen, look around, and can not find a single detail we are unhappy with. Any concerns we had along the way were handled with such professionalism and grace that we were truly impressed. This behavior extends from the sales staff, to the craftsmen, and up to the owner himself, and everyone in between. I felt confident with these people working in my home, and enjoyed the conversations with these fine people. I highly recommend Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath.

  Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath has the BEST staff to work with. Leigh is an amazing designer and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just perfect. Chris makes sure all the installation details are completed to everyone's satisfaction and goes out of his way to ensure that everyone is happy. They are so friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
