The pedestrian path to access the museum is at south exit of the terminal (across the USPS office) Take the stairs or elevator to the lower level.

This site was potentially a national museum dedicated to Lighthouses in America. Due to economic difficulties, the NYEDC was unable to finish, but is still a beautiful site to see old buildings.
