I called them on a Friday to come out and take a look, after Steve arrived he asked if he could complete the work first thing Saturday as the time of day to go back and get parts was inconvenient due to traffic, I understood that and obliged only to not receive a call the next day till around 2pm. We agreed to finish up first thing Monday and yet again another delay in returned calls/texts and no show at expected arrival time. Steve then thought it was appropriate to argue and yell at me over the phone speaking over me so I could not even get a word in edge wise being told that all the above did not transpire as it did and that he never promised anything. Needless to say I have moved on to another company that practices business with some integrity. My other estimate for the same work and same part was just over half of what Steve quoted me and they temporarily fixed it while the part comes in. Heed the other warnings and reviews as I did not, this is not an honest man doing honest work.

I will update after my experience is over, but at this time I paid over $ 5,000 for a door on July 24 that has not been installed yet. Steve stopped answering the phone about 4 weeks ago then few days later, he answered and gave me excuses and insured me it will be done and came and did some kind of wiring for the motor and disappeared again. He has two phones neither one answers. He is no call no show since sept 5th. I left voice and text messages on both lines. I hope Steve is okay though.

Called them for them to come out and give me and estimate and they never showed up. Called them again and nobody answered the phone the next day. Lesson learned here.

7/24/17 I'm now experiencing the worst customer service ever. Paid over $1,500 for services and no show for repairs. I will update after services are completed. Every time I call I get an excuse.
After not showing up for the 3rd time I called and requested a refund. A lady transferred me to a guy name Steve who came out with 1 hr and repaired the bay door alone. Took him around 3 hrs, but I'm happy the job is complete.response / report this review -

Do not even bother to call this company. I placed a work order with Steve on a Friday and he said the work.would be done by Saturday. No call no show. Call Steve on Sunday he said l will there by noon. No call no show. What a waste of my time.

We called National Door at 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon and explained to him that our garage door would not open and our dog was stuck inside. Steve explained that although his team was all out on calls, he was in the area and could be at our house within minutes. Sure enough, Steve was over at our house within minutes and was immediately able to get our garage door open and explain to us what the problem was. We were very appreciative of the quick and helpful service and would recommend National Door to anyone in the area!

I called on a day when we had 5 inches of snow and we couldn't get into our garage.
They were able to get there that day, get in the garage and fixed the remotes.
He gave me a time frame of when he could come and stuck to it! Will use them any time I have a problem!response / report this review
