Try to call and place an order and the employees are very quick to try to get you to not order when it is close to closing time. This place used to be one of the best places around but not anymore. If you manage to get an order in the chances are pretty good that it will be wrong and you will have to send it back.

On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean and our waitress was rather kind. However, the service overall was the slowest service of any restaurant that I have ever been. There was one other customer in the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to receive two subs, cheese curds, and a fish fry dinner. The food was not very good and resulted in our family not feeling very well. In addition, no one brought us our check and I had to ask up front. In doing so, the workers avoided helping us to pay for our meal. After ten minutes of shuffling around, they sorted the check and attempted to charge us $10 extra for four tap waters and were incapable to split the check properly into two tenders. I cannot recommend this restaurant, but can only hope that the food and service is better for others in the future.

In previous years, the service and food quality has been exceptional. I stopped in last week to pick up an order that was placed and half the order had not yet been cooked. The work environment always seemed so structured with all hands on deck. I was always impressed to see the staff so focused on the task at hand while preparing for the next order. Something has changed and that is not the experience anymore. My pizzas sat on the counter getting cold while socially engaged staffed at the fryer missed cooking my wings. The food quality has also dropped a few notches also. In the future, I will look for another place or just take everyone out of town for dinner.
