I have recently had Jewel, Bella and Cody in for boarding. I am so happy that my dogs enjoy your kennel staff. They display a happy temperament when I brought them in. It gives me peace of mind to know they are well cared for. Michelle, Naples, fl

I almost never write online reviews but after how wonderful Dr. Reiff and the staff at Naples Animal Safari were during the passing of my beloved dog, I feel compelled to do so. I have been taking my animals there for 10 years and they always get the best care and compassion. My dog also does daycare there 3-4 days a week and he LOVES it. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful and I know that my animals are in good hands.

Boarded my cat there twice. Both times has the worst customer service by the receptionist, just like others reviews stated, they are the some of the rudest people I've ever metis it that hard to be nice for a couple minutes. The second time I boarded my cat there was when I had the biggest issue. First of all, she was suppose to get a yearly shot and a feacal exam, when I asked if she got the shot and how the test came out the older woman receptionist answered with "I don't know, I guess they were fine" Then after I got my cat back, later that night she wasn't moving/eating/drinking. She had to go into the emergency room and stay overnight for treatment. While at boarding at this place she got some nasty virus that caused all these issues. When I called (nicely) and asked if they noticed anything or if they had any other sick cats reported, their answer was " no she got it with you, bye" This by far the worst animal establishment I've ever seen. Do not make the mistake of taking your animal here for anything.

I absolutely loved Naples Animal Safari. I had been going there for around 7 years. I recently decided I would not be returning due to the receptionists, especially the gentleman who works up front. I am always met with what seems like an attitude and it makes me feel like when I call or come there, I am just an inconvenience to him or that I am stupid. I am taking my dog elsewhere from now on. Maybe consider a more personable, welcoming receptionist. We will miss you, Dr. Reiff!

Friendly and helpful. Saved my dog's life and now we will continue to go there for all of our veterinary, boarding, and grooming. My dogs love the staff and run toward the door to go in when we get there, since when do dogs run toward the vet's office!?
