I had a splendid fantastic time with my friends and family at this amazing restaurant especially the cashier she was so nice and kind I ask what her name was I think it was Tati but also the host was such a nice person and she asked us what we needed and how we wanted our food to be and how we want to be served I think her name was fatty to but she was so kind to us the manager also said that since we ordered so much she was going to give us a discount the people there were so nice I also really enjoyed their soda machine it had all sorts of soda’s there

The part that I like most is the host and she was so helpful to us and I think her name was fatou I think but she was so helpful and so was the cashier she was so helpful to and the food was the best food I could ever tastes but I hope that I could come there again sometime.

I highly recommend to sit outside, not sure what's the issue with their stove, you can feel its heat from your table. Plus the outdoors look better, you can see the park and the small artificial lake

The food delayes very much, We was going to have lunch with five kids, they servied the food for 4 kids and left the fifth with no food for more than 15 min, the staff and the manager did not help , and the food of the remaining kid came after the rest of the kids finished their food. all what we got from the staff that it was a busy day and if I want to get the food cooked I have to wait or they can get it for me raw( very professional handling)!!, when they saw me writing this comment they started to be nice.

I do not recommend going there during the weekends, it seems the staff and the manger can not handle the high demand .

Was not a pleasant experience at all. The food was delayed and we couldn't eat all together. We kept asking for the missing order so our food get cold until the rest of the orders were served. The reaction of all the stuff was very poor even the manager himself was handling the issue very poorly and he lacked the skill or the desire to please the client.
Not recommending this branch at all

Food: I ordered the 1/4 chicken - breast with medium sauce and a side of Portuguese rice. Portion wise, it was a pretty big amount so much so that I'm glad I didn't order the half chicken. Suffice to say I came hungry and left full. Taste wise, the chicken wasn't that flavorful without the medium sauce. In addition it wasn't very moist, borderline rubbery. It wasn't the worst, but I've seen moister chicken from costco. The rice was nice, but a tad on the salty side.

Service: At first I was a bit confused because I thought that orders were taken at the table, but you actually have to order at the register first and let them know your table. Kind of wish the set up of the restaraunt reflected that or someone told me in the beginning instead of assuming I know what the procedure is. Regardless, the staff is extremely friendly and accomodating!

Atmosphere: The inside feels somewhat industrial and modern which is cool. I prefer the outside seating just because the scenery is nicer and I can imagine at night it's really relaxing. Definitely recommend going in a group because it seems more group friendly.

Overall: I don't think this place is worth going to based on the food alone. Like it's good, but not amazing. It's definitely better to go with other people, because the ambience definitely makes the place.

Nando's never disappoints. Their Chicken Platter which is their signature dish is amazing. I personally like it with the hot sauce but exercise caution hot here means Hot! This is not the typical American restaurant hot, so if you can't really handle hot then stick with medium. All of the sides I have tried have been amazing also. I have tried the Garlic Bread, Mashed Potatoes, Cole Slaw and Corn. I would say the Garlic Bread is absolutely fantastic. And now for the best dish that they have, Chicken Livers! If you have never had liver then you may be a bit squirmish, but trust me the Chicken Livers are to die for! They are out of this world. I have tried them with medium sauce and with hot sauce, but either way you can't go wrong.

This location is also perfect for lunch when its nice out. A co-worker and I went for lunch today, we got a glass of wine (which by the way they have a very generous size glass) and then chicken and livers and it was absolutely perfect!

This place is AWFUL! I was might have been willing to try another location, but after the way I was just treated, there is NO way I am coming back here. Andrew, one of the managers told his staff not to give me a refund on a $61.37 order that we barely touched because the food was HORRIBLE. He said I could get a refund if I brought it back, but I was not aware there was a time limit on that offer. Suddenly, the amount is too much to return (You're telling me! I just wasted money on food I am not going to eat!). I am beyond incensed. If a customer is NOT happy with a purchase then they should get a refund! I don't want vouchers or a free meal because the food was awful and the customer service even worse. I have worked in retail and restaurants and am now a school teacher. I know a little bit about getting crapped on, but this is just bad business.

Four of us went to Baltimore for dinner and comedy show. Location was perfect. Emoloyees great! Only problem was our food arrived at different times. The food was great!!!! Loved the chicken.

I had ordered a take out order for our company. The person picked up the phone and told me it would take 20-30 min. No problem. When one of our employees needed to change the spice level we called right back to a no answer. We called 6 more times. No answer. I tried calling from my cell phone twice. No answer. When I got there instead of being able to do a regular carry out I had to wait on a Friday where parking is minimal. Found a 15 min spot, unfortunately I had to move. To top it off, when I had asked if it was busy, I got a response by a staff member saying "no were not busy, you came at a good time". Came back to get the wings I had to change and the employees were in the middle of their own conversations including I want to say a manager(s). Major let down.I'll be going to my usual locations

I always get the Boneless chicken breast, rice and Macho Peas and it's always delicious. This establishment is always busy, enjoyable views of the lake and you're able to eat outdoors when it's nice out. Indoors, the decor is attractive and they play relaxing music. Always a pleasant experience here.

I usually get the Chicken Cheeseburger with pineapple and it's is really good. Very tasty and the bread is fresh and crunchy. Loved the side mash potatoes, it was creamy and delicious. The only thing is I asked for the plain chicken but it still was a tiny bit spicy. It may just be the regular seasoning for them.
