This is my second and last visit. The bagels are mediocre and the service unacceptable. I'm from New York and these don't touch real New York bagels. Better off at Panera.

The bagels are very good. Very much like good New York bagels. For no extra charge you usually get a full helping of New York attitude! I was a little disappointed today that everyone was very nice, but perhaps that was because it seemed like younger men were behind the counter. The older guys offer the full new york minute routine. This is what Authentic means, you get it all! Gosh, those bagels are good.
