Great and affordable. The staff is nice and the food (what I tried) is great. It is going to be my best restaurant for my student life. That place is perfect for students who care about their health.

Eggspectation is amazing. I usually get breakfast and I love it, but I tried one of there burgers for the first time and it was really good. The service is pretty good and it’s also a great atmosphere.

We shopped around for a good spot to eat and thought it would be a great spot. Until we sat for 15 with no one to greet us. Two servers continuously walked back and forth without saying a word to us. I went back inside to let the hostess know we haven't had a server. So I went to sit back down and the server taking care of the tables behind us looked at us without saying a word knowing we just asked about a server. Being a server and trainer for over 6 years I would never let a table sit whether it was my table, section or rotation. I saw an employee even sit on her phone looking from the window. Whether she was off or not she as an employee at your establishment something should have been done. Food looked great and really wanted to eat there we even had our whole order ready but unfortunately we could not.

Went here to celebrate my sons birthday and the food was wonderful. I ate the shrimp, lobster, and gritsit was so good I was at a loss for words.The menu has a nice selection, the service was quick, and our server was courteous. You should definitely check this restaurant out you won't be disappointed.

The website and menu make your mouth water but the reality is a bit more, well, down to earth. I liked the food well enough to come back but the family didn't. The chicken was rare pink inside and on the whole the kitchen here left the impression of a very laid-back one concerning food safety and preparation.

Breakfast & dinner selections are excellent! Staff is decent but the food makes up for it. You will definitely leave this place with a full stomach.

My favorite spot! I love the happy hour menu! The service is always great! Some evenings I take my littke one out for dinner. They have the best food! It's alway amazing here at eggspectation. Sending a special s/o to my favorite Bartenders Jordan, Claude and waiter Conner you guys rock!!

Great food, way more than just eggs!
Had Lobster Mac and Cheese, so filling
Fiance had lamb burger tasted like magic
Service was great, reasonable price around 15-20$ for entree
Definitely recommend!

I actually am surprised Eggspectations has been in Silver Spring this long. I only go occasionally but when I do I'm always pleasantly surprised by the food, staff, beer selection, juices, and ambience. I really do enjoy it. It gets a little busy on weekends but they at least keep football (soccer) on. So you can see sports but it is not a main focal point or blasting in your face like a sports bar. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.

If the food offered some slightly more unique options five stars, but as it sits it is a very solid 4.

I have been here a bunch of times (4-5). I like the drinks here, especially the 🍻 beers. However to be honest, I did not like the food. I ordered lamb and I felt that it was not cooked well, or maybe I used to eat long cooked or well cooked lamb (I don't know how to put that). The services and hospitality is good, but there is still room for improvement! The Spanish style girl came to ask us what we would like to go for and we start ordering she continued "Oh I am not taking order, I am the manager(kinky) I just came to ask. That did not go well. It is a good place for first dates.

Super food great people. Thank you for the terrific service. We hosted a post wedding breakfast at the Silver Spring location. Mallory and Rod were outstanding in assisting the special needs of the guests and accommodating the extra people that showed up to enjoy the food and the company. We departed Maryland for home on the following day, but made sure to stop off at the restaurant for breakfast before hitting the road. Wish they would open a location near me.
