Excellent selection of just about everything but prices are high. The return policy is also ridiculous (no refunds on MANY itemshow ridiculous is that, esp on electrical items like dryers, etc??). Considering just the high mark-up alone on prices, you are MUCH better off purchasing from Amazon or other local, smaller shops!!! Will never return unless desperately need something.

This is a great place to go get hair care products but this place always has alot of people and its kinda dark in the store so I would suggest you bring a better light with you. They dont have any aisle labels so you are basically walking around the store aisle to aisle looking for whatever you need. There is no staff on the floor to help point out where things might be if you cant find them yourself. Then when you go to check out, there are no actual lines so you are basically asking everybody if the are standing in line cause everybody is standing around aimlessly cause they don't have any space in particular for checkout. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because I always find what I need but I must walk around for 30 minutes looking for it. You can find what you need But be prepared to be in there for about 25 minutes minimum

The beauty supply store has great products abd decent prices. The cashier was not friendly and did not speak at all. Unprofessional!

This is the absolute largest beauty supply store in Charlotte that offer nearly anything! Only problem is their "human hair" wigs prices definitely does NOT meet the quality standard! i have bought two different human hair wigs over $500 each on them just for them to end up very matted on a daily basis just by wearing them and even after sealing the wefts multiple times it still had too much shedding to the point my wigs got too thin to wear at all!!! They have a very large selection of synthetic wigs about $50 and less though. But if you're interested in human hair. Your best bet would be to go to one of the black owned hair boutiques! Honey bun hair is almost across the street, Queen Virgin Remy is a couple of mile down the street towards downtown charlotte, and world class hair store is further down the road! Good Luck!

Wow! Its the Walmart of beauty supply stores. There are so many choices but they have the isles labeled so that helps some. It is still overwhelming though.

The insane mark up is what makes makes it hard for me to support smaller beauty supply stores. In comparison with Walmart the price difference is significant for working people. And I know I know, Walmart has millions of stores and they can afford to price merchandise so low, but at least Walmart hires any and everyone and contributes to community programs,just saying. But service is good and professional, which can't always be said for Walmart.

I love going to Tisuns. Great customer service. Very lovely cashiers male or female. Always willing to assist and very prompt. If there is customers waiting they are very quick to jump on the registers. Everything is easy to find. Great hair store.

Good selections, but very depressing to not see one Black or African American working in this establishment. You're selling Black cultural products, but refusing to hire one single Black or African American employee. Please educate yourself on equal opportunity.

Im a licensed cosmotolgy, and normally get a dicount from beauty supply stores. I decided to try something different, and do a half wig human hair for $89.00, instead of a bundle of hair. Went to purchase it and dude was nice, then his rude manager walk up saying no discounts on wigs. Rude, to me and his employee. Didnt purchase it and took my business some where esle. Put discount policies up and discuss stuff with your employee once the customer leaves. Im an asst manager, and i never go back and forth with a customer. You'll never get my business.

I love this store! There are many others in a close vicinity to Tisun's, but none as massive. The best part about the store are the associates designated to each section. That allows them to be knowledgeable on product and help out with ease. I've patronized with Tisun's for years and will continue to take the 30 minute drive to get great service in this one stop beauty supply store.

I've been coming to this location since I've relocated to Charlotte. Great store with a mass selection and although prices are high I feel like the quality is worth it. Depending on what you get. I do think they need to get more African Americans to work here because you have people who have no idea what it's like to have our texture of hair, how to protect it, or even how to wear weave. I feel as though if you're going to put your business in our community then atleast hire the people within the community who's money you take and who's the ones actually wearing extensions and understands. Other than that hair is good but customer service is not would be superb if you actually hired the people who wear it. Still giving it 5 stars for quality of hair.
