Long wait. All wanted was to soak off my nails. Ive been asked 3 times what am i here for and 3 people came in and they got waited on. So i guess since im not getting any nails done i have to wait forever. Their doing this on purpose.

Horrible I've never experienced such disrespect from anywhere. The decided to continuously take other people over my spouse and I. The woman came in yelling about how she needed a pedicure and manicure and she needed to be out within a hour, while it was my birthday and I clearly did not anticipate on spending two hours in the nail shop to come out with a medicore french manicure that smudged quickly where I was embarrassed to wear my feet out. Horrible experience. We have been here a couple of times before just to get pedicures. Mind you we have never just gotten the $25 pedicures we get one of the others on the menu. Then once speaking with someone she acts like okay whatever. You guys deserve to be closed. We will not be coming here again.

This was my first time here & it was so horrible I walked out. We come in stand a podium for about 5-6 minutes before anyone say anything to us they direct us to pick a color and leave. I look around and another person grabs us to walk us to pedicure stations she points to the last two stations which were empty & wrapped in plastic and walk off. We sit there & 20-25 minutes later we leave because nothing else was said or done to us.

Bianca did my nails and was amazing. Great conversation and very professional. I tried something different for me (almond shape nail) and they turned out great! Very please and will defiantly be returning.

Not a good selection of polish for starters.
Workers constantly on their cell phones- they will stop mid job to play with cell phone. Looked around and they all were on their cell phone - how unprofessional.
Gave her money to pay and gave tip in seperate hand she didn't come back with my $2 change kept my money.
If you don't get no chip expect to have nails painted poorly. They do not know how to apply clear and paint properly. You most likely no matter how long you wait to dry, will notice afterwards smudging and non drying gummy polish.
They are rude and slammed Pedi tools after asking them to cut toenails down further.
They were talking about my feet like I couldn't tell or sense it too.
These shops are are a dime a dozen we will not be coming back-to-back lost two customers.response / report this review -

Love love love my nails. Previously went to a nail shop that didn't do a good jobso my husband went inside of this shop to see if someone could fix them and he did. He did a spectacular job. Very thorough and quick. Will be returning to paul again
