During the last wind and rain storm a limb fell off a tree and dented my less than a year old escape. I went to eddie hearing how good his people were. Everyone was right, they are good. Affordable too. Price was great and work was done well and on time. Thanks to everyone at ntc for the great service and a great job.

Absolutely recommend! The staff were incredible and went above and beyond in assisting me after my terrible accident and the service was awesome! Being my first accident, Eddie was professional and compassionate helping me with every and any question I may have had.

I've done business here several times in the last couple years. Eddie and the rest of the folks here do great body work and stand by it. They're super helpful in dealing with insurance. Definitely come here as opposed to some place on retainer with an insurance company.

I live in Florida and my son was in a collision in Poughkeepsie NY. The car was towed by some towing company (other than NTC Auto). Not being from the area, I called around and found NTC highly recommended by many of the new car dealers. So I called NTC and spoke to Eddie. He was very helpful and professional. He told me that he would help out as much as possible and work very closely with my insurance carrier. Eddie went to pickup the car to be met (by phone) by someone who did not want the car to be moved and charged an outrageous price to get the car and demanded payment in cash. Eddie told me he can work with that go get the car out of the other person's hands. Three days later, due to delays by the insurance company and weather, the car made it way to NTC. Unfortunately the insurance company determined the car was a total loss, but I have the utmost confidence that NTC would repair the car to original condition.
They present them selves and professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Eddie went above and beyond to get the car in "safe" hands to start the process, even though he knew there was a possibility that the car could be declared a total loss.

I was rear ended in early December in my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. NTC was able to fit my car in quickly and completed the repairs ahead of schedule! Which was perfect since I really felt safer traveling for the holidays in my own car and not the rental. The body work was done very well and I am extremely pleased. Over all I had a wonderful experience!

I cannot recommend NTC highly enough! I have never had to deal with repairing body work on a car, but I will never go anywhere but NTC again! Start to finish, Jennifer in the front office handling the insurance and rental and all paperwork; Eddie making my car better than new, way above and beyond any and all expectations! I literally, got teared up at what a fantastic job they did. Honest, reliable, timely, perfection and professional!!! That is how I would describe what could have been a difficult time.if you ever need auto repairs, go out of your way to NTC- you will be thrilled!
