  Worst customer service experience I have ever had, the staff is extremely rude and i reccommend you spend your money elsewhere. The owner Dan Spies whom I spoke to did not even recognize his employees did anything wrong after hearing his employee was repeatedly using profanity toward and threatening a customer. Completely unexceptional.

  Very helpful people work here! I got my parts for my truck really quick, and the guy even carried them to the car for me because I was carrying my son! Super helpful, really couldn't ask for more!

  Great store.
  The guys who work there are fantastic.
  
  While on vacation at Aloha state park, my motorcycle had an issue and would not start. They looked high and low for a battery that would fit.
  I put the new battery and nothing happened.
  They stayed late for me to return the battery on a Saturday afternoon.
  One of the mechanics friends just had the same issue
  He told me what to do and my bike started right up and is still running just fine.
  Its a scary thing to be stuck 300 miles from home.
  If it wasnt for the great guys at Napa Cheboygan, it could have been a rough few days.
  P.S.
  I actually didnt even spend any money there after returning the battery and they still took care of me like that!
