The guy that greeted us was very rude. Twice he spoke to our group and was very angry and rude to the people around me. Food was not good. Not sure what the strawberry shortcake was made out of but many of us didn't eat it all, chicken had no taste. I would not recommend it. Lots of other places to choose from. I do recommend the Pancake Chef. It is everything this place is not.

The food wasn't great and the a/c was broken. It was in the middle of summer, so the experience was awful.

This was the worst food I have ever had in a restaurant. I first ordered the chicken tenders, not only were they partly burnt, the tenders had absolutely no taste or flavor whatsoever. It was obvious the chicken was fried in old grease. The waitress did take the order back, and I re ordered the beef nachos (however they were out of beef), then I ordered the chicken nachos and they were terrible as well. (Really don't know how you can mess up chicken nachos, but somehow they did.) They had nachos, tomatoes pieces, small chicken bits, and a little sour cream, on the top. By just having tomato bits and no salsa it made the nachos very tasteless and bland. I nibbled at the nachos, and then left. I paid for the order and complained to the Manager, but I didn't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. Not a Good Restaurant, don't waste your money.

So I've been here a couple of times (more out of lack of choices than preference) buuuuuuuut recently things here have really started to turn around. The food was good and the service quick.

Had a fun chat with our server named T (like Tea) and another man named Jordan (who I later learned was the manager Must be new!) doted on us and other tables making sure everything was up to expectations!

If this is the direction this place is staying the course on you bet I'll be back ;D

I don't know what those guys (the 1 star reviews) are talking about. Granted, we showed up after the dinner rush, so they were not at all busy, which could explain a lot of the complaints.

Andrea took fantastic care of us, the food was excellent, seating was comfortable, it was exactly what we were looking for. We had the loaded nachos with chicken for a starter and the whole family raved. Our entrees showed up just as we finished the last nacho.

My hubby and I split a 1/2 pound burger with bacon and cheddar and it actually came out medium rare! (Do you know how rate it is to get a burger cooked true medium rare these days?) The steak fries were scrumptious, the portions generous. Mom, grandma, and my new sister in law got perch baskets. Mom and grandma could easily have split one. There was so much food, the hubs and brother in law had to take some for the team. There were NO complaints.

We both have worked food service. It is often a thankless job. We thank you. Thanks for being so awesome!!! I'm glad we didn't listen to those naysayers.
