Bought my street bike here. Good group of guys. The type you can just hang out in the showroon with on a Saturday and talk to. Other than a normal service I think I'd go somewhere else. Brought my dirt bike here for what I thought needed a valve adjustment. Ended up being the cam chain. Gave it back to me and It was still making noise in the top end. Took it back and they said it was the valves this time! Needed new valves and the head remachined. Took freaking 8 weeks and I still have noise in the top end. They think it's the clutch bearing. With a thesascope it's definitely coming from the top of the motor. Between the two services was almost $1000. Complete waste of my time.

Spoke to Tyler via email just a minute ago about a long distance sale that would require a trade in and a few hundred mile ride each way. He was very helpful and upfront about pricing expectations and ultimately it didn't work out. I appreciate the integrity that he and the business display though, and they definitely earned their high star rating.

Recently purchased a used DR-Z400 from Tyler @ Seltzer Powersports. I was given a fair price for the bike, and treated well during pre--purchase and post-purchase. What really made the difference was how well I was treated when I returned several weeks after the purchase for follow-up work. It is pretty common to be treated well while you are making a big buy, but less common to be treated just as well even after the purchase is complete. Seltzer's clearly takes customer service and customer satisfaction very seriously.

People really don't know what they are doing. If you asked them a question they tell you to ask someone else. Every part my husband has got was wrong. Even when he brought it in they still ordered wrong part. Price is higher then most places.

Bought a new Goldwing from this fine dealership in August 2016. Henry was my salesman. This was the very best purchase experience possible. We live in Texas and decided to scrap our return flight tickets for a scenic venture. The staff at Steve Seltzer Powersports made us feel like long time friends. Their pricing was unmatched, paperwork was complete and bike was legal before we even got there to pick it up!! I will drive the 26 hours back to Steve Seltzers for my next bike without even looking down here. Thank you all so much for keeping great customer service alive! I wish you would open a branch down in Texas to show them how it is done!

Bought a new wing here 5 years ago and got a great deal. Seltzer Honda is by far the finest business I've ever dealt with, period. Have received excellent service. Been riding over 50 years and 450k plus miles. Steve runs a first class dealership. In this day, a place that does business like Steve Seltzer does is a rarity.

Took my little guy there on Thursday. We had a wonderful experience. Henry the sales guy was great with him. The lady who did all of our paperwork treated us like gold. They were a great place to deal with. I would recommend their business to anybody.
