Ford Service - Multiple issues and fixed the first time. The service at the Ford service has always been great, but it has stayed that way through the changes at the location.
I received multiple phone call updates and follow up calls.
Kevin and Tom are great. They took great care of me and my Explorer after a long trip cross country!!
DON'T buy a used car from here.
We drove two hours to look at a 2004 Toyota Camry, so I think that the drive and the friendliness of the sales associate (Victor Melko) caused us to buy a car that was not worth the $4,000 that we paid for it. In addition, the key does not work in either the driver's side door or the passenger door. We told Victor this and he said that we could come back and have it fixed free of charge (we drove it away that day, which was a mistake). In multiple emails to my husband, he told him that we could come back and they would fix it. I took it to my mechanic when we got home, and apart from some normal wear and tear, we found that the car had a broken suspension spring. It was like this when we bought it, and I don't know how it passed inspection, because this is clearly a safety issue. My mechanic spoke with Cochran Ford and they sent us a check to refund us the money for the suspension spring, which was great. Apparently, that was enough for them, because despite repeatedly telling us that we could come in to have the key fixed, after paying for a repair (which should have caused the car to fail inspection in the first place), they decided that they were done with us. My first mistake was driving away with the car and not asking that they fix the key before we drove it away. The car is worth much less than they sold it for with all of the issues that it has. And while they were charming when we were in there, their decision to not keep their word on fixing the key that we have means that I will NEVER buy a car from here again. If you're going to buy used from here, you better either be a mechanic or bring a mechanic with you. Don't let their charming smiles fool you - they are typical used car salesmen.
A great experience . The team was informative and helpful . I would highly recommend this to all people who want a qaulity dealership experience with excellent customer service.
Good service..sometimes you have to wait longer then should be expected for a service though
I purchased a used vehicle in September. Since than I put 2500 miles on it. I have had multiple issues including no heat on the pass side ( my 4 year old daughter especially loves that one), air Tire sensors going off weekly, squeaky brakes, and a check engine light. That's a lot of issues in 3 months. My biggest issue is contacting then only to never have a call returned. I left numerous messages and no response. This proves they only want your money and don't care what kind condition your car is when you purchase it. The sales guys name was Victor. I left numerous messages and no response. Nice job on screwing me over. I learned my lesson never to shop for vehicles at your dealership.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Truly no hassle, clearly better car buying. Thank you to Maria K. for all of her hard work!
My price was finalized via email. When I arrived to pick up my car, my paperwork was ready for me to sign. I was driving away in just about 30 minutes. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from Cochran Ford.
I appreciate the way they value the vehicle you are buying and the way they value the vehicle you are trading in. If you are buying outright, no trade-in, you will still receive discount, generally a significant amount of money. This is the 2nd time I have gone thru the process with Cochran. If you are planning to buy, it is worth a visit to just see what discount you will receive from Cochran. There is really no negotiating. You can negotiate if you want to but I think generally you will be treated fairly and it will not depend on your negotiation skills. When I say fairly, I mean you will receive discounts and values for your car perhaps better than the best negotiator at another dealership. FYI-I have only bought new cars so I can only describe the process for new cars. One with a trade-in and without trade-in.
