Was there with family member who was interested in a mower, salesman was very thorough with explaining options, actively listening to customer needs, didn't try & upsale. The most enjoyable moment was for my 16yr old sitting in her dream 🚗 and getting a pic for her FB page. A look of pure bliss being in the Mustang drivers seat

They were nice enough however I told them what I could afford prior to even going there including my down payment. They had all my info to run my credit history and still chose to waste my time by making my family and I come out there and "approve" us for things that we would never be able to afford.

Went there as a first time buyer with decent credit. They wanted a ridiculous amount down on a vehicle. When I told them it would work they really didn't seem to care and just tried again and sat and waited for a half hour a second time and never heard anything. They said they would contact me and let me know. They have yet to do so. Their cleaning person was also unprofessional and on her phone in front of customers. The car I was looking at didn't have a jack in for the spare tire, they said they would give one but still make a good impression. Second of all there was no owners manual. The sales rep Tim was friendly though and is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. However I was not impressed with the owner, Jim's customer service and he seemed to have a cocky attitude.

There was a vehicle on the lot that I wanted to inquire about.Got approved for something way out of my means. I must have came to late or I didn't have any money down so the sales man didn't want to waste company time. Mixed emotions about my experience here.
