Just had my system in my 2013 Tundra updated to a Sony. Staff (Abraham & Jay) were extremely helpful and actually sat down with me and went over all options before purchasing and thoroughly went over stereo after install. They will definitely get my business again.

They provide excellent customer service and truly value your business. Their selection of products and pricing is good, and love the design of their store. It lets you know that you are in a quality stereo shop where some others in the area make you feel as thouvh you are in a flea market. I highly recommend and suggest going midweek. They were slower which gave them the ability to install immediately.

Absolute garbage.

Spent over $900 getting 4 speakers and a head unit installed. 1 year later, the ground shorted out, headunit doesnt work, and my speakers are shot.

NC Sounds techs are terrible at wiring. There was a rats nest behind the headunit, and no conduit on ANY wires they ran throughout the car so I had alternator feedback and cracking.

Also, they wont help you fix your stereo that THEY installed poorly (which lead to the malfunction of all parts) if you cant physically bring it to them. I moved to Texas, and now have a $1000 piece of garbage in my car.

I just finished paying over $300 for a head unit install (Only). Had to have the head unit installed twice due to improper installation the first time. After that, I hesitatingly purchased a set of $40 speakers. I went home to install them. One of the speakers had been damaged. When I went to return it to get another one, the owner came out and told me to never come back to his store after replacing the damage one, citing that I had in fact damaged it myself. I would never come back nor recommend anyone to bring there business there. Piss poor customer service. Of the OWNER to boot.

I was quite pleased with the sales and service of a replacement stereo system in my older Mercedes. All the staff were quite helpful and the installer was especially helpful in dealing with the nuances of the car. I found the owner/manager to be very straightforward and honest in selling me a basic system. He was knowledgeable about the various models and was helpful in choosing the appropriate one without pressuring me in any way. I highly recommend this business. I am going back today to have them correct a problem with the sound or radio connection. I will post a followup.
