I live about 70 miles from my Great Aunt. My Great Aunt lives about 2 miles frim this shop. I ordered flowers online for my Great Aunt's birthday. They were delivered and I received an email that they were. They flowers came with a vase but no flower food. My Great Aunt sent me a photo and they are beautiful! Then 1star off is because, in my opinion, the shipping fee was a little high for delivery being so close to the shop. My Great Aunt loved her flowers though and thats really all that matters. I'd use this shop again.

Ordered flowers that were delivered same day to a friend. She sent a pic and they were gorgeous. The delivery was quick and efficient. I will use again if getting flowers delivered in Colorado Springs! =)

Tried ordering online and couldn't because im glad I noticed it wanted to charge my card 10,000,000$$(not a joke) check out images. The delivery address is literally 4 miles away. Decided I would still call in to make my order, and after going over details, and repeating them when asked, they still managed to mess it up. They forgot the balloon which brought the whole thing together for the inside joke, and ruined the whole surprise. I was very disappointed and it felt like a waste of money. I suppose thanks for offering a discount on the next purchase, but I definitely won't be using them again for the fear of not being able to complete such a simple task. We both went over the address and I did not make a mistake when entering it. He mentioned this crazy charge can occur when this happens(which is still crazy might I add).

The recipient was not home & the sun was strong on the unexpectedly locked porch. I phoned a neighbor & friend, very close by, and she received the flowers. She says they are beautiful! And she will deliver asap.

I had ordered a Mothers Day bouquet from an online retailer, and it was never delivered, even a week after its expected delivery date. I got a refund and ordered from My Floral Shop, who delivered the gorgeous bouquet almost within the hour. My mother was extremely happy and I wish I would have found them first! Very very happy customer here!

This shop did my daughters wedding at La Foret. They did a fabulous job! They understood her vision and produced beautiful bouquets and arrangements at a fair price. Deb is great! They covered to the venue and did exactly as requested time wise etc. I will always use them in the future.

I ordered the Colorado Sunset arrangement. I requested that it be delivered later the same day. I received a call shortly after the order was replaced. The gentleman said that they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement, but would get them in the next day and would be able to deliver it then. The delivered arrangement was pretty, but didn't look much like the picture.

Ordered through website and was delivered locally in Colorado Springs on time, before noon on a Saturday. Flowers were really high quality and well-arranged in the vase, types and quantities exactly as described on website. Recipient was very pleasantly surprised and the delivery went very well. Overall, everyone had a really good experience, I'm very happy to have found and went with these local folks after hours of looking into many other florists and delivery organizations.

My Floral Shop is awesome! I placed an order at 6:30 PM for next day delivery of a birthday cake and balloons for my nephew and they delivered about 18 hours later! I couldn't find any other place that would do next day delivery! They have definitely exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank them enough!!!
