We were married at a winery in July, and Ciao Bella was fantastic from beginning to end. Signing up for their services was easy because everything was online! They showed up on time, and picked out perfect spots for us to have the ceremony and then take pictures afterwards. They quickly provided us with wedding pictures afterward and were helpful at every step of the way.

We were married yesterday. Mona was super helpful at answering all my questions when I called in. Once we walked in the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. My 4 year old daughter was made to feel like it was also her special day to ( she received a sunflower to carry around). I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience. With the current pandemic, I had zero expectations. I had to cancel our reception . Ciao Bella celebration made our experience feel like a real wedding. We had great music. Our photos were great. They were able to provide our first dance. We were able to say our vows. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Best covid19 wedding. Definitely recommend them. Will go back when we want to renew our vows.

We had an amazing experience at Ciao Bella. If you are looking for an intimate ceremony without any stress look no further. We felt so cared for and that everything was tailored to our needs and wants. I really appreciated the fact that they locked their business to make sure nothing could interrupt our time or ceremony. I would definitely recommend Ciao Bella! Thank you so much for everything!

Mona and Dan are amazing! My wife and I were anxious about finding a photographer and officiant who are LGBT-friendly and we could not be happier that we found Ciao Bella. From the first interactions with Mona and Dan, we knew we made the right choice. We wanted a small, intimate wedding with NO STRESS - we got exactly that and for well within our budget! There were so many little details that they got *just right* and it was obvious that Mona is detail-oriented and genuinely listened to what we wanted. They graciously offered all of our guests drinks after our ceremony as we got ready to take pictures. Mona is an amazing photographer with a real eye for stunning shots. We were so excited and highly satisfied when we got our pictures a few weeks after our ceremony. We enjoyed every moment of our big day, thanks to Mona and Dan, and if we could do it all over again, we would do it exactly the same way with this wonderful couple :)

We absolutely love our engagement pictures that Mona recently took! She captured so many great photos, and was so fun to work. We have worked with Mona and Dan multiple times now, and they are both extremely friendly and talented people to work with! We are having such a hard time choosing which photos are our favorites! We love them all!!

I absolutely love Ciao Bella Celebrations! Mona took pictures for my daughter 's engagement and did a fantastic job! She and Dan are not only amazingly talented and professional, but are also terrific to work with. They readily listened to our wants, offered some suggestions, and then skillfully and creatively captured those special moments and expressions of my daughter and her fiancé. We could not be happier with the whole experience and pictures that we will cherish forever!

Mona's natural talent for photography is what first drew me to her, and after working together multiple times over the last decade, I can honestly say that her integrity, sincerity, and generosity are what keep me coming back. She's fun to work with and knows just what to say and do to coax a real smile out of you!
When the lighting at my wedding reception made it difficult to capture pictures that measured up to Mona's high standards, she offered to meet at a future date for a redo. Seriously. Who does that anymore?! That's going ABOVE AND BEYOND for your client.
I'm excited about this new venture Mona and Dan have embarked on! No detail has been missed, which should give you peace of mind, because that leaves no doubt these two know their stuff.response / report this review -

First impression was amazing, friendly and such.
We paid extra for the photo session and they told us that they would be sending an email teaching us how to access the photos later that day. Never got it.
We've emailed bunch of times for over a week asking when they will send it and they would always say something like they would send it later day. Never got it.
We've called bunch of times and they never picked up.
I wouldn't have minded waiting a while if they didn't lie to us about sending it "today" for over a week.
tl;dr : paid extra for photos, told us we'd get it that day, haven't received still after over a week
Update: 11/16/17 now they are using the pictures as a hostage. Telling me to remove my negative review for our wedding photos

This place is amazing! I came here for lunch with a few friends and i love how convenient the ordering style is (order at counter- food is brought to you), my salad came out quick and was fresh and DELICIOUS! The building is cute and comfortable, great for meeting up with some friends for lunch.

My fiancé and I used Ciao Bella for our intimate ceremony. Ramona and Dan provided an exceptional service and worked hard to give us exactly what we wanted! I'm beyond happy with Ciao Bella Celebrations! I contacted Mona on a whim looking for an officiant to make our marriage official in Virginia, although our big wedding is in October. Mona and Dan made this happen within 24 hours and hosted a simple, yet amazing and beautiful little ceremony for my husband and me with a handful of family members present. The venue and location are absolutely charming! Thank you so much Mona and Dan for creating beautiful memories for us!
