I called last minute for a birthday and they got on it right away. The woman told me about their naughty candles and I said yes send one of those with the flowers too. Then she told me about the jars of Hunny they sell as well. Never have I called a florist and had so much fun. Thank you!!! my gf loved the package and the flowers were more than perfect And I loved the price. Best florist in town

I called yesterday evening in a panic bc I forgot to mail my mom a birthday card 🤷♀️
The woman I spoke to was sooo kind and helped me review what I liked online and checked stock to make sure they could make something beautiful for my mom. She ensured they would arrive today even after ordering on such short notice and they did!!
My mom was over joyed and they were GORGEOUS!! Fresh and healthy with such beautiful colors and texture. I will be a life long customer and will be sure to tell friends and family of what an exceptional experience I had!!

The best florist in Colorado Springs. Just recently had our wedding on 8.5.2020 and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Linda made perfection for all the items we got. My bridesmaids arm band were exactly what I was looking for and the flowers were on point. Everything we needed in our budget and it turned out amazing! Thank you Sign of the Roses, we highly recommend you to anyone and everyone!

My hubby ordered a dozen roses and had them delivered to me at work.
They arrived with black edges and looked distressed. I called Linda and was told "oh I guess we forgot to pull off the bad petals before delivering them" no apology, no let's make this right, no customer service at all. These roses arrived looking like tired grocery store roses, so I'm not expecting them to last even a few days. I'm very disappointed that my husbands anniversary gift was purchased here.response / report this review -

Lynda came through for me after I had a horrible experience at a different company who failed two days in a row to make or deliver flowers to my mom. I called from the D.C. area in tears trying to order flowers for my mom's birthday and Lynda calmly walked me through an order and assured me it would go out ASAP. Twenty minutes later, a BEAUTIFUL arrangement was delivered to my mom. Thank you for saving the day/s! I've ordered many times from your store and should have known better than to try anyone else. Excellent quality, price, and customer service!

Worst experience I have ever had. I went in to talk about flowers for my wedding and the lady who helped us said they didn't have time for me. The employee continued to yell at my friend and say very inappropriate comments. So disrespectful. Never will I go here or recommend this place. Awful. Awful. Awful.

I chose this florist for the location, and then the prices seemed very reasonable, but the lady on the other end of the phone did not seem like the person I would want answering the phone for my business Not remotely personable, and very short tempered and appeared to be bothered by receiving business calls. If they had the right person answering the phones I would say this was a five-star experience. Or rude is not how you want to come across with clients and customers. It's not really all that much effort to say "thank you so much for your business, is have a good day" instead of, "Ok, bye " and then hanging up the phone abruptly. That is exactly what just happened to me a moment ago. I do not care to write reviews most of the time, but this needed to be said.
