I'd requested a wheelchair for assistance traveling through the airport. As soon as I exited the boarding ramp, there he was! If I remember correctly, his name was Luis. He was very welcoming and courteous. He wheeled me down to the lower level, and even helped my brother-in-law and me locate my luggage. What a great welcome to Allentown!

I was going to go with 4 stars because I had difficulty downloading off the public WiFi but that was just probably me. Nice airport usually no delay at security. No walking miles to get to your gate. I enjoy flying in there.

Ryan Williams. Slap a pair of angel wings on this man. I was struggling through the airport with a lot of luggage and two small children. He was so unbelievably kind and helpful. He got me a cart, loaded it for me, gave the clearest most patient and thorough instructions to get me where I needed to be. He changed the whole rest of my day around. I asked his name just so I could write about him.

Nice easy to use airport with close by long-term parking. Only down side is that you can't fly across the country from here. I highly recommend using this airport!

This airport is lovely. St. Luke’s Health Center add wonderful and helpful touches to travelers and in keeping with the Catholic traditional works of charity. Also, the house keeper went out of her way to assist me in getting to the correct gate in a timely manner. May God’s blessings be upon all your staff today and always.

Super convenient and fast airport. Security checks are fast and courteous. No stopiver flights are available, and the place is not a madhouse. It's usually pretty calm.

I love traveling from this airport. It is comfortable; not a zoo and really early in the morning the TSA agents were very bright and very nice. This is my choice airpirt.

Nice people, nice clean airport easy to use.
Would have rated it higher but only food available is @ "Lehigh Valley Cafe" there, which is mediocore and VERY overpriced!

Great location. Could use more food here though. Car drop offs are easy and in a good location. The staff is friendly. The load on for flights are very organized co.pared to Sanford airport. Good airlines here. Will always come back.

Convienient location. No food at airport. Staff for car rental, airport service, airline desk not helpful and would rather stand around then get involved to help. One United counter agent offered to help but was overuled by another employee. Delores tried to help and was the only person actually doing anything. She was getting bags for people and handling luggage. Three other people stood and would not doing unless told to help. Wasted airport. Next time I will just drive rental to another airport.

Typical small airport. Easy to get around and locating gates but very few vendors. Easy to find rental car agencies and luggage carousels. On the border of Allentown and Bethlehem. Easy to get to all Bethlehem has to offer, including historic downtown, art district, casino, etc.

Smooth transitions going straight to my flight! Extremely clean! You can eat off the floors. Helpful workers. Very pleasant. I wore no shoes until I got in my car😂

Airport Security needs to do more to keep people from parking so long in front of the Arrival area. I thought it was limited to 5 minutes or less. I travel into this airport several times per month and people hog up the area waiting on passengers. One guy was there for 24 minutes playing games on his cell phone waiting on a passenger. This is why they have cell phone lots. This is not fair to people trying get picked up. The other issue is there are not enough charging station areas. The old pay phone area could be turned into a charging area which would help a little. A few TV's would help break the monotony. It would get five stars if it is wasn't for these issues.

Everyone with the exception of the lady when we were boarding was extremely nice and kind. A far cry from Denver International. Best airport experience of my life.

Nice airport. Rental cars located some walking distance from the terminal, no available shuttle. Rental car return even a longer walk. If you have mobility issues, be aware. Inside airport signage is not great, and even more walking.

Very nice airport and allied personnel. Check in very efficient. Ground staff are very helpful (AA). Security lines move quickly. Not many dining options - but considering the traffic (or lack thereof ), it appears adequate at the moment. The one major negative is the physical layout of the terminal. One has to go up and down and back up and down after check in/arrival. Would have been so much more useful IF the engineers had taken another look at streamlining the flow and adding a moving walkway. Wheelchairs, while an important adjunct, are so 18th century.
