The concert was amazing! The seats need to be redone because there isn't alot of room to move around.

Nasty seats, very dim and dark, even with the lights on. I think it's dim so you can't tell how nasty and dirty the seats are. Sesame Street live was fun.

Went to see a play there seating is old school soul for a big fella or wide trailer seating is tight good news tomorrow around though in the play was good too.

The venue is great. The show was great. Please do a better job of training the ushers. We were misdirected twice by the same usher who then became argumentative.

I love this place! They have multiple shows every night and the staff is all super friendly. Tickets are cheap and the shows are usually really great. This is a great thing to do if you're visiting or if you live here! I love UCB - banerang rocks and on Thursday's at UCB Sunset "Magic To Do" is great. The staff is super friendly and the environment is so fun.
Super cheat - most shows are $5. Get there early though because it's all general seating and it fills up quick.response / report this review -

This beautiful venue offers excellent acoustics in a classic concert hall. It really deserves 5 stars for the facility and 2 stars for the management. During the Gregory Porter concert (on January 29, 2017), members of the audience who entered late (as late as 56 minutes after the start of the concert) were not held back. They were allowed by the ushers to congregate and banter loudly in the aisles. There was much commotion, making it difficult to enjoy the music. Why can't the Music Hall deny seating until intermission for late arriving members of the audience? The lack of decent guest management is truly detrimental, and will prevent me from attending concerts here in the future.

Great atmosphere with great elegant walls and ceiling. Lot of seating and there is a bar right when you walk in! Bathrooms are run down.
