Overall, our experience was good. Even though there were probably 200 guests at the water park on Saturday, we didn't have to wait to get in. The free food was readily available, although there was a line to get it, which is expected. We were surprised to find out our hotel was two miles off site. The website should be more clear about that aspect when booking. The staff seemed indifferent and not very helpful. There wasn't much effort to keep the floors or the locker rooms clean. We got a great deal, so our experience was definitely worth what we paid.

Our stay was in April, all outside area were still closed , which is why am give a 3 and not a 2. I give 3 stars because I was unaware of the hotel and water park not being in the same Building. I found this out after i booked the hotel room and read the fine print after. They say they are all inclusive but when you look into that, you find out the food is only between 12-6 or 2-5 (depending on the day). Also all the free food is not in the water park area but a different building, with super long lines, only one item a person, and if you want another item, you have to get back in line. The place was packed! Wait time for the water slide was 20-30 minutes .. you can only do one lap on the lazy river and then we were told we had to get out to give other people time. All in all I would not stay here again. Better off spending a little more and going to Great Wolf or another park.

Would be 4 stars if the "free food and drink" wasn't so hyped up, making it a pretty big disappointment when we actually went for "food" which consisted of standing in a line for 25 minutes for ONE piece of pizza and a handful of chips. Don't even think about asking for a plate for a child or an extra slice. That's a no-go. We ended up spending a LOT more money on food than we had planned and no breakfast. :-(

The indoor theme park is geared more for smaller children but the outdoor theme park is humongous (was not open when we visited, but still very impressive.) And the indoor water park is quite fun. It's helpful to have so many lifeguards around, too.

Our room was AWESOME. VERY nicely decorated and the kids loved the bunk bed.

We definitely had a good time. If you don't mind waiting for an half an hour to 45 minutes in line for the all inclusive food, then it's probably a good value for a family. I thought their normal concessions had GREAT value and was AWESOME, but $12/meal(again, I thought it was great) Honestly, it would cost 2 or 3 times more to stay somewhere else. But then 1/2-45min wait to enjoy anything, it may be worth spending the extra cash at another park. However, if it's about spending time with your friends and family waiting in lines at 1/2 the cost of any other water park, then this place has great value. There's Hondas and Mercedes in life and they don't cost the same, right?

We came here for a winter get away. We got very reasonable priced accommodations at 30 dollars a night with at 20 or so daily resort fee. Which included the indoor water park and a large indoor mini carnival and free daily food that was not great but hey it was free. Our room was off the main campus but was close enough to walk in good weather. It was a good place to relax and most of the time we had the hotel to ourselves. It was right in the center of all the local attractions and overall was a good mini vacation for the money.

We got free passes with our hotel stay and we took the kids to the waterpark. It was confusing at first when it came to the parking but we figured it out. When we got inside they had lockers for rent which came in handy but they were small and kind of pricey but that is to be expected when you are at a water park.

My kids had a lot of fun they had a good area for the kids which was nice for them. We went in the lazy river and my one complaint about that was the water was freezing so that wasn't to pleasant for the kids and it was really crowded because the lazy river connects to where they have one of the big slides that uses the inflatables as well which made it really crowded. We will probably go somewhere different next year and try something else that maybe is a bit more kid friendly

The indoor theme park was a nice perk, the kids enjoyed the small little kid rides and us adults enjoyed riding it with our kids that was a good way to pass the time and wear them out. I will be excited to go back maybe in summer time for them to enjoy the outside activities

The staff was pretty friendly and helpful but will probably go somewhere different next year and see what else their is to do but it was nice to have the free passes to go here and enjoy it with the kids

My friend and I stayed 3 nights. Price for the room was amazingly inexpensive but they cleaned the rooms around us at 10pm? Not only were they incredibly loud about it we could hear them running up and down the hallway. We weren't impressed with the indoor water park and the theme park was closed, when they did "open" only one ride was available. The staff in the main lobby were nice but the people working the rides or even the life guards were rude. This was our first time staying here and We will not be coming back.

Save your money and don't come to this place. The discount might seem tempting but still not worth it. Check in to a hotel with a water park near your home. The hotel does not have breakfast or room service, just drinks you can buy at their cafe or bar. The room is so thin you hear all the neighbors like in the joint rooms, upstairs, in the hallway and in the parking lot which is your view when you stay. The mattresses are uncomfortable springs with just enough padding to not get stabbed. When you check in your room is an ice box that they have kept at 60 degrees. Everything is over priced and not because of quality, just because of tourism. Don't go.

Had a great time. First night we got there Friday with an easy check in at around 6pm. Got to our room which was nice and clean. What we've expected since we've been here before. Went swimming at the indoor water park and had a first great night.

This resort covers a large section of the Dell's now to the point that they are providing little service. You really need to read all the fine print when booking. I thought my room was in the main resort but no it is in the fine print that you can upgrade to Rome for an additional fee. They are offering free food and soda during your stay. Fine print between 12 and 5 only plus its just hot dogs and chips. The indoor water park was boring and cramped. They only had 1 outdoor pool open in 85 degree weather. The roller coasters were also mostly closed. It was a huge disappointment. The rooms was large but bare. No dressers no lamps no rugs and thin blankets. We had 3 queen beds plus bunk beds. The room could sleep 8 people but had 1 bathroom and no storage. We have no desire to return.

Tons of fun at a low price! The go cart tracks are a blast, and the two massive body slides are adrenaline inducing. The roller coasters are slower and jerky, since they are all wooden. The lines for their flagship roller coaster "The Hades 360" get 1.5+ hours long. The park is about equally balanced between dry and wet rides.

The 6' wave pool is a major highlight! Just don't stand too close too anyone (or risk a concussion from a flying elbow), and remember to hang onto your sunglasses! Seriously, once the wave hits, everything goes flying. The waves are spaced apart with just enough time between to collect your lost stuff.

Fast and friendly service. The check in was faster than expected. I love that the park, parking, and free food was included with the resorts. The only issue I had was the room. The air conditioner was old and took awhile to work. Also the ice machine was in a different building. So we had a walk to get ice.

One of the best water parks I've ever been at. Several different types of waterslides to choose from and amusement park has plenty of roller coasters for the big kids and the little kids, it'll take you a couple days minimum to go on all the rides. The wait times aren't too bad even on a busy summer weekend expect around 45 minutes for the coasters. We went during the free hot dog, Brats and soda time but decided not to get them because it was over an hour wait and you can only grab one dog at a time. As far as the hotel goes we were in the "village" about a mile from the water parks and the room that we paid $400 a night for was awful. The ceiling tiles were stained, ripped the floors were a sticker of hardwood and the stickers were peeling up and felt very very cheap even the headboards to the beds we're painted on the wall. The cleanliness of the room as far as the bedding was fine. I will definitely go to the water parks again but never stay at the hotel. My parents stayed at a different hotel for less than half the price which came with complimentary breakfast and a coupon book for the Dells many attractions and restaurants, we didn't get a thing from Mt. Olympus.

Rooms where amazing. The bunk bed option was really nice for little ones and I like the fact the rooms weren't carpeted. Seemed a lot cleaner. Indoor water park seemed really small though, and became crowded very easily. Outdoor park was nice. Wave pool was amazing, just watch out though cause it will knock you out.

If you're a resort guest, you get many perks. For example, you get an additional 3 hours (from 7pm-10pm) to enjoy the park. They have special deals as well for resort guest. For the month of June, they had free food and drinks from 11-5pm. However, you can still have fun when one purchases a one day pass. The information about location is found online, and it is also sent to the email of one who makes a room reservation. Maps are also provided. The rooms are comfy. However, the floors are squeaky. In addition, one may be able to hear their neighbouring guest. The costumer service is also kinda and fast when you need to adjust your reservation.
