This place is awesome! VERY affordable, CLEAN, great location and customer service. We spent 2 nights and it felt so nice that we extended our vacations a couple more days. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful. My husband locked our keys in the car when we arrived and they were great at getting us some assistant. The room was nice and clean. Well worth the money. Will be going back

We really enjoyed staying hear. The staff was great and the room was very nicely updated with lots of room to be comfortable. It was great to have a full kitchen.

Stayed for two nights in a room with 2 queen beds. Very nice, clean rooms. Seemed very up-to-date. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Awesome amenities. Only a few blocks from downtown. Lots of things to do within driving distance! Definitely will stay again.

I don't normally write reviews but this place I have to. From first glance off the street I was a bit hesitant, but after staying was more than impressed by how clean the rooms are. The gentleman at the front counter was beyond polite and very helpful. He made it all so easy. Quite place and very kid friendly. Rates were great! Everything great. I will definitely be back.

What a cool quaint old school retro model. So much more character than chain hotels. Bet clean and neat. They have a nice knotty pine pool area with a heated pool, hot tub and great sauna plus a retro arcade. Very relaxing and warm after a cool day at the water park. They also give passes to the water park, an indoor amusement park and a haunted house. The staff was very pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend this place. And the price was fair too. Stay here.

We stay at this motel because it is truly a gem hiding just out of plain sight. I was pleasently surprised when we rolled up and saw the lobby office was completely bright and shiny - turns out they revamped everything and the whole complex was updated! You won't find an indoor and outdoor pool, whirl pool, playground, arcade and good clean rooms with soft beds, refrigerators and microwaves along decently large LCD TV at most hotels sub $100. The price for a two queen has gone up, but otherwise, this is a motel that everyone should try, without regrets!!!

We've stayed here many times since the 1980's and loved every stay. Clean, updated rooms. Great outdoor and indoor pool as well as a well organized parking lot. GREAT place to stay with a family!!!!

I never thought that I would enjoy staying in an old school motel, but the Black Hawk Motel is great! Indoor and outdoor pools. Free wristbands for both Noah's Ark and Kalahari indoor gaming area included with your stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights at the Black Hawk Motel in June 2017. The room was small but was very clean and the bathroom was recently remodeled. We loved the private entrance. The staff was very accommodating. We recommend this motel. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is amazing! The cleanliness the price ! EVERYTHING! I've stayed in a lot of hotels that the cost is under 100$ and they gross me out this place is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed it will be for now on my go to place when staying in the dells ! Thank you staff and cleaning staff for making my stay so much more enjoyable!!
