My review is a year late but as the Automotion weekend is coming up, I wanted to warn people about this hotel. We stayed here last year due to its great location , but location is never more important than cleanliness. The windows don’t lock on first floor. My boyfriend had to rig it up with a lighter. Therfor open to theft without it. The showers on right side of building did not have hot water, and a friends room upstairs had mold in the toilet. They were moved to a “better room” that still had milk in fridge from previous customer. Someone tried to break in their room through the window one night due to no locks. When checking out I even saw people leaving through their window? Since it is large enough. Ratchet. There was no soap, glad I brought my own. Asked for soap said the shipment was late and not coming till next week. The pool was not heated. The hot tub was dirty but at least it was hot. Don’t even need a key to get into other entrances of hotel meaning leaving it open to whomever. This hotel is scum, unprofessional and had no room service what so ever. Fair warning. Oh, and I had some bites when I got home and ever since then been very sceptical about my stay at any hotel. Lesson learned.

Reading other reviews i was a bit sceptical, but after we got here the room was nice and clean in fact is was already warm flat screen tvscable rooms smelt fine pulled back the covers and everything was clean and the pillows smelt fine continental breakfast was fine with the selection they had just wish they had some kind of meat and possibly eggs but i dont mind waffles, oatmeal and cereal.. i would have given it 5 stars but that is really hard to reach in my book some prestigious 5 star hotels i have stayed didn't even get 5 stars..

Solid 3 outta 5. Husband and I stopped because we were too tired to make the 6 hour drive back and paid just under $50 for the night, which I take as a win. Most other hotels along our way would be $25-30 more and this was perfectly fine. Building is definitely old, but not any older than a hotel I would've gone to with my family as a kid. We checked in at midnight and the staff was very friendly despite the hour. If we were ever to actually visit the Dells, I think we'd be more than happy to stay here!

A bit run down and the breakfast was pretty basic.. just waffles, pastries and cereal. However the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the staff very accommodating. Great value considering the budget friendly price. :)

This place is truly scary! When we got there they put us in a room with one double bed it smelled like Urine and Marijuana They finally moved us to a halfway decent room in which we walked in on hotel workers having sex. They gave us keys to another room and told us they would fix the TV we got only one channel. I will never book with Expedia again. I would never stay there it traumatized our daughter.

Can I give 0 stars? We reserved a room at this motel for a family trip to the area. Upon arriving early we noticed a vacant parking lot, which seemed irregular as it was before checkout time. We tried calling multiple times to verify that the motel was not closed, but nobody answered the phone and there was no voice mail set up for us to leave a message. The front doors were open so I went inside to attempt to ask in person but nobody was at the front desk. There was a sign on the reception desk instructing me to use a phone on the wall to call for assistance, but it rang and rang and disconnected without an answer. I tried this multiple times and finally left. While exiting I noticed this sign on the front door - informing me that they were closed for repairs and we would be refunded the cost of our reservation. We scrambled to make alternative accommodations and got another room at another nearby hotel, but we were subsequently charged for the stay at America's Best Value Inn. We complained and were told a manager would contact us when they arrived, but that never happened. We emailed their corporate office to explain the situation and ask for a refund, we were offered a 15% discount on our next stay. Clearly, I will not be returning to this awful place to use this discount.
They didn't have a message system, they didn't have anyone (or even a note) at the front desk to explain, and had incorrect signage on the front door that cost us the cost of the room and started the vacation off on the wrong foot. Awful place, avoid like the plague.

My boyfriend and I just drove THREE HOURS to stay at the dells this weekend and when we got here, THIS MOTEL WAS CLOSED because of "damages" according to the cheap sign hanging on the door. There was no one for me to talk to and get suggestions from as to where I was supposed to stay now. They had not gotten ahold of me to tell me about the problem. Luckily, they hadn't taken our money yet but now we had to find another motel that would take us with not a lot of money (we got a deal on Americas Best Value Inn so I hadn't really put a lot of money aside for hotels) in such short notice. We ended up finding a place THIRTY minutes away from where we were trying to be. So thank you for this unorganized mess of a motel for ruining our plans for the night because we had to find a place to stay instead. AWFUL.

Never got to stay there as they cancelled my reservation due to repairs being conducted on the hotel. Of course they didn't bother to cancel the reservation until the DAY OF the reservation so I was left with no alternative lodging available. Hotel did not answer their phone and the national toll free line just disconnected after picking up the call. Seriously unprofessional customer service. I will never call this facility (or chain) for my lodging requirements again. (Google, you need a way to rate this '0 Stars').

I'm rating a one star just because I have to. I want people to know about this place. Do not work for these people! I worked for them almost a month and was underpaid. There are people working there who live in the motel. They bring their children to work n fold towels with their children on the Folding table. There are no where enough towels to cover all rooms. The sheets are old and out of date as well as the rooms. Very rude people working there except for a couple front desk people. I worked there and believe me it's not worth the price they ask! There are many older motels that are in better shape and great customer service and rates. I worked more than 80 hours for this company. They paid me for less than half that. So please please please read the reviews on this place.

I will give you 0 star if I could. There was no hot water when we stayed there so we can't have a bath. We asked the front desk several times but the only answer was that you should wait because others were using hot water so it could not come to your room. We waited until 1 a.m. and asked the front desk again and the answer was that you could check tomorrow morning. However there was still no hot water when we got up. We found that many people were at the front desk asking for refund because there was no hot water in their room. The front desk promised we can get the refund within five business days. However one month passed we have not got the refund! Anyone has same experience? We can complain together! We must get our money back and this inn should be shut down!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We checked in and went right up to our room to find the bed unmade, sheets not even on, stains everywhere, and mold in the bathroom. We immediately went back down to check out. We were only in the room for 10 minutes. When we were talking to the front desk the first thing that came out of her mouth was " I'm not authorized to refund your money". She was extremely rude. She told me the manager comes and goes as he pleases so we would not be able to contact him other than email. I have emailed him many times and haven't heard anything. I will continue to fight this. I have contacted the better business bureau and state health service department because after reading many reviews after my experience I noticed there have been plenty others like me. What an absolute joke this place is. Should be closed down.
