Where do I start.I had the time of my life here. I could not have imagined myself to ever need rehab but landing here was surely God. If you go here, know that you will be challenged; know that you will be loved; know that you will be giving yourself the best gift of all time; and know that you will be handled with care at a very sensitive time in your lifeI went here with $450 in cash and my clothes as all that I owned and I left here richer than I could have imagined.Matt, the owner, takes pride in this place and treats his staff and guests as they should be treated: like humansCathy, the clinical director shows her passion and kindness in ALL that she does and helps you to shine like never before.My counselor, Tina, is like a best friend and mom who will restore you mentally and help you to see the error of your ways but the light on your path. This place is terrible, they don’t do what they said when you start the program. Staff was very rude, stuff missing when your family sent in.They treat you like a prisoner not a patient. It’s such a night mare to me!

I had a great experience at Nova. It was life changing for me. I was ready for a change and found a better way of living with what I learned here. If you are ready to be openminded and willing the staff will do everything possible to get you there. The program is based in the Acholics Anonymous 12steps and also helps with emotional addictions. I learned so much about myself and how to go out and maintain my sobriety. The relationships I made both with other clients and staff will last forever.

The ivy-league of rehabs. I'm glad I had a moment of clarity in my addiction to decide to go to NOVA. I owe this place my life for teaching me the tools and heavily instilling the big book in me to help me on my journey in recovery. Yes, there is high accountability but us addicts and alcoholics need it as we're used to getting are way! If there hard on you it's because they care and know you can win your life back! Also, the food is GREAT and the core-addictions program is on point.
