  I highly recommend Delton Hayes! We brought my mother-in-law's ring in to get it resized. They were incredibly kind to us. They did a wonderful job on her ring. You can tell they take great care in their work and care about their customers. I can't express in words how wonderful and kind they were to us. You won't regret going here!

  One year update: they never contacted me like they said below. Take your business elsewhere.
  
  While the staff at the front office were all kind and helpful, I was not impressed by their eye for detail or craftsmanship in the back office. I brought in a necklace that needed a chain reattached to the pendant, what I believed to be a simple fix that would take less than a week became a 3-week long joke. I returned to the store once a week to pick up my necklace only to find that they consistently failed to remove residual flux (black marking) or even polish the necklace prior to pickup.
  
  To anyone trying to have something fixed or thinking about purchasing an item, go somewhere else. Ideally to someone that has an eye for detail and pride in their workmanship.

  Just want everyone to know how great Delton and the staff are. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. It was obvious that they are very professional and took the time to walk me through the whole engagement ring buying process. I went from being “ring” clueless to putting a huge smile on my girls face!! Thank you again Delton Hays for making the whole experience great!!!

  The process of buying an engagement ring is an unique and stressful experience! Delton Hayes was my first stop when I began looking for rings. I did lots of research on my own and shopped around at other jewelers. In the end I came back to Delton Hayes. Their quality, style and prices were better than anywhere else I went. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My fiancé couldn’t have been happier when she saw her ring. Thanks guys

  I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Delton Hayes. I have never entered his store and been greeted with nothing less than a huge smile and positive attitude. He has helped me on a few transactions from a custom made engagement ring & band to gifts for my wife and family. I would recommend his store to my closest friends and family and have done so. Delton Hayes Jewelers is a secret that should not be kept. If you want the love of your life to have a custom creation that isn't carried at every store in the mall within your budget, I suggest this man. His attention to detail will not disappoint.
