Awesome place! The fish department is superb! Always feel welcomed. Scott is a awesome guy, any questions you have he will answer. (He’s a know it all). Chad is alright and thinks he can grow a “beard” it’s weak honestly. All the other employees are knowledgeable and kind

sat in the fish department for 20 min without being attended to. went to the front and the whole staff was laughing and joking behind the counter with each other. I just walked out and went to another store that was much cleaner and didn't smell.

dark, dirty and dingy. The staff does not greet you when you come in, and everything is covered in dust. I used to love this store, but now it is like a social hangout for young kids that work there to just talk and ignore customers. It needs a serous overhaul and cleaning and to be staffed with some more mature help that cares and not some young minimum wage staff. You get what you pay for and the young kids care less about helping and making sure you leave with all the merchandise you need. It is a shame.

It old, dark and kind of dingy. They have a monkey or two jumping around in cages and usually some huge monitor lizards and snakes. Like a mini zoo for kids. They have a huge area for tropical fish tanks that are very cool to browse through. Any thing you buy there will have a thick layer of dust on it though. We go here to get our dogs nails cut because they're close to our house and do a good job.

We always get our fish from here but this past time we bought an umbrella cockatoo. He is amazing! The owner and staff are fantastic. They let me bring, Maui, (the bird) up anytime I need to help me feed him, clip his wings and nails. Best pet store I've ever been to!!!🐕🐒🐈🐢🐇🐦🐀🐿🕊🐡🐠🕷🦎

I have been looking for a good store that had fish water reverse osmosis for my fish tanks from the time I walked into the door the time I left I was welcome everybody was either working or helping somebody the story totally amazing. I just found my store thank you🤔😊😊😊

Love going here to see the cute animals, sad though I wish they still had kittens and skunks there. They are awesome :/

I would never get an animal from here, unless it was a fish. Maybe. The cages are tiny. They have a python in a cage 3 times too small, and it's not even for sale. The whole place smells, even for a pet store. They do have a good range of pets, even some exotics. I definitely feel like they try to take good care of the animals, but it's just too small of a store for the amount of pets.

I used to go here all of the time and it was so exotic and nice. Now it is just plane dirty and run down into the ground. The staff sits behind the counters talking to one another and ignores customers walking in. It is such a shame because the store has so much potential

Very efficient business here. It's a large pet shop jammed into a small space. Amazing how many pets and supplies they have in this space. Monkeys and everything. It's like visiting a small zoo, check it out.

Me and my fiance love this store! We go there for our sugar gliders treats and toys etc. Also for our bearded dragon. We go almost every weekend and look around for 30 mins to a hour. The staff is very nice and knows what they are talking about. Absolutely love this place!!😁🐇🐱🐒🐸🐀🐍🐦🐠🐛🐿🦂
