Stood at the parts desk forever, no one so much said hello. Because of that I walked out and kept the money in my pocket that I was going to spend on a new windshield. They're not the only Harley dealer around.

I did not plan on buying a newer bike while visiting Florida but things happen. Jim Daly “Meatloaf” was more like friend than a salesman, he showed me some bikes but also showed me around the dealership ”my first visit” introduced to several people including some of the Rossmeyer family. He wasn’t pushy and actually he was very patient with my indecisiveness. When it’s time for another bike I will call my new friend Meatloaf first!! Thank you Bruce Rossmeyer Harley-Davidson!!

Poor customer service. Only 1 sales person attempted to greet us, all he said was "Hi". Before we left i used the restroom. When i came out the lights were OFF. There was NO announced closing or advanced notice. It was right at 5pm on Sunday.

This review is just based on the "wow" factor of the dealership. I did not receive any service here or purchase anything.
If you are a Harley fan and anywhere near the Daytona area, then this is a MUST STOP and check out. The entire property is truly amazing and has just about everything a biker needs. We visited. The off season, so it wasn't a very busy place, but I could only imagine how packed it would be during bike week. There's a hotel, discount outlet, a place to get patches sewn on, an ice cream parlor..so much!

The dealership is fine, it's the product they sell that's of questionable quality. All the garments and accessories they sell are made in a communist country (Red China). Why anyone, especially US military veterans, would buy products from H-D is a mystery to me. Very sad.

Bought my bike from George St. George and it was a great experience. In and out in less than 3 hours. Will refer people.

Great complex if you embrace this culture..While I'm not the Harley tourist that has to stop at every shop in every city I visit, this would be a bucket list stop, if I were. Great museum pieces, kids can see the bikes being worked on and a huge inventory. I think they tend to be a bit overly proud of their bikes because of the dealer name. It's just another dealer as far as the bike goes. Otherwise, a great place to stop!

Just upgraded my bike during Bike Week. They went out of their way to make it work to MY needs NOT theirs. Fitting my budget and getting the bike I wanted/needed (bad back) counts for a whole lot in my book. If you can't find what you are looking for at your local dealer or think you can't Go see Gregg, tell him of my post mention (Leatherneck) and see what he can do I know when I'm ready again, I'll make the trip and go back. A great experience Gets my loyalty!

I always have and exceptional buying experience when I come to destination. Everyone is helpfully and takes the time to answer any questions and help me find things. Regina in parts always knows what I'm looking for and holds them for me sorry hen I come in and the clothing sales ladies are fun. And Nikki even though I'm not able to buy another harley yet she always takes the time to say hi and greet me with her smile..

This place is amazing. An outlet clothing store with some awesome cheap deals. Bars and restaurants. And the dealership is just - WOW. I can imagine what this place is like during bike week. Lol

The staff was super friendly and helpful and I have never seen such a wide selection of merchandise in one dealership.

The design is amazing too! They definitely created an experience.
