I love this store. But yesterday we had a bad experience with the manager Daniell. We waited a long time for her to show up to help us. When she dud she was very short and disrespectful to us. Not nice!! Other than herI've always had a great experience at this store. By the way. ..the cashier made up for her unprofessional behaviour! !

I like this store but find it extremely disorganized and even chaotic. Especially at the holidays. However, once you find what you are looking for you can get good deals on quality goods. This isn't a"quick pop in" store. You can find what you're looking for but you need time.

I was trying to find drones for my boys for a last minute Christmas present. The website said they were available at the Port Orange store. I bought and paid for them online, traveled 30 minutes to the store only to be told they didn't have a record of my order. There was only 1 in stock so I left empty handed and won't have them for Christmas

Wide variety of merchandise. Always some things that you won't see much of anywhere else. Prices look a bit high, but discounts are almost always applied, which brings the process in line. Quality has always been good.

Love Kohls. Great looking clothes. Only problem is store was hot & sweat was dripping off me. Don't like their credit card company as I paid the Bill 3 times & didn't takeby phone. They tried to charge me a late fee and were very rude until it was proven. I cancelled card. Use your own card.

Spent a few hours shopping for clothes and and shoes. Found what I needed, until check out, and lost my damn keys. The staff went into search mode, looking in every place, and back tracked where I was, and didn't stop. They communicated with radios talking to each other, searching high and low. About to give up, one of the employees found them in someone's basket. What a great team effort to help me in a panic. Props to the staff! Thank you!!!

This store is not what it once was. When we walked in there were a group of employees standing around, talking. We were never acknowledged. Very nice check out person, though. Expensive! Marked up prices and then discounted. Also, too many exclusions on their coupons.

This place is pretty big. Constant sales everyday but still a little pricey due to the fact that they really only sell name brand/designer stuff.

The store was a disaster. No order to anything. Clothes all over the floor and nobody straightening. Things were just stacked on shelves. Want to know a price? Good luck because it won't be what is marked on the signs. Terrible experience.
