Excellent customer service and prices. I've been to this store twice so far. Once because I had some damage to the steering of my car. They fixed it in a matter of days and at a very competitive price. The other time I had a nail removed from my tire and patched for less than 20$

STAY AWAY!!
My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Mr. and Mrs. Tire for over 10 years. However, the last two times I brought my vehicle there for regular maintenance (new tires, and oil change) I left with MORE issues with my vehicle than when I brought it in. For example, 3 months after receiving one of my new tires, it completely shred on the interstate! After bringing the issues up with the company, they told me I had a faulty tire (which I bought from them and they installed), they were very rude to me, and were completely unwilling to fix or address the issue and THEIR mistake! After being a dedicated customer for years, I'm so incredibly disappointed at their quality of work and customer service. I will never take my vehicle back to them. Ever.

I have taken my vehicles here for service for the last 10 years. It was always convenient and good service. Never really noticed poor quality until my recent visits in the past 12 months. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, it wasn't filled up. I took it in for tire rotation and balance, the lugnuts were only hand tightened. I took it in for a gas smell, they told me they dropped the gas tank and couldn't determine an issue. I later find out there was no possible way they dropped the gas tank because I took the vehicle in for a second opinion; I had to pay for two new hoses that were corroded so bad it was required in order to drop the tank. I also paid for a new fuel pump module - needless to say, I had many issues that Mr. & Mrs. Tire said they checked but clearly didn't. I brought this to the front desks' attention, appeared most of the employees were present at the time (including the associate that "dropped the tank") and they looked at me as though I was in the wrong. I will never again do business with this company due the lack of accountability and personal ownership.

HORRIBLE!! I have used this place for a long time with no issues, however, since they have changed ownership I have had nothing but horrible experiences. I had tires rotated and balanced, they only hand tightened the lug nuts. They also dropped my gas tank with broken brackets and simply told me they didn't know what was wrong but never mentioned the brackets. They have also under filled the oil during oil changes causing my engine to knock. Even the simplest of jobs they have managed to screw up. This new ownership has really destroyed the business and I refuse to go there anymore.

I get my oil changes here all the time, and they are cheaper than the dealerships. I even got a free oil change once because it was around Christmas Time. The guys are knowledgeable and they don't try to overcharge you with stuff you don't need.

Terrible experience. They damaged my rim patching a tire. I asked what we could do to fix it and I never received a call back. I had to follow up 3 times and a week later, they flat out deny they did it. I try to buy local and support local business but when you're title is Mr. and Mrs. Tire, I would expect better service. Now I will be out over $200 bucks for a new wheel.
