As a frequent diner of fine restaurants around the world, I can tell you that this restaurant is not what you think fine dining is. These guys are clueless on real customer service. Unnecessary additude. Laughable. Sloppy. Impolite. “Fake Politeness”
Go to Setai, just a block away. Consistently delicious and you are treated as you deserve.

Overrated. Snobby staff, you'll have to wait even with a reservation and the food is overpriced

One of my favorite restaurants. Let them choose your menu and definitely ask for an outside Cabana.

Not sure how the reviews are so bad.. have been to most of the best restaurants in Miami and the service here was the best by a mile. Food was good and the staff were all amazing. One of the only restaurants that don't automatically take 20%+ service charge off the bill as well but definitely deserve a good tip.

2 stars only because the server was great! He was very nice and helpful but wow the food sucks! This place pretends to be a nice restaurant but reality, it’s a deep-fry take-out Chinese food restaurant.

I hate leaving bad reviews my wife didn’t eat anything and I had a few bites to be confronted with a $150 bill.

The chicken satay had an awful sauce. I tried to mask it with the hot sauce but it didn’t help.

The salt and pepper shrimp were deep-fried with the shell still on. Think about it. To take the shell off, you would need to take of the fried part as well so you’re left with cold fried shrimp. It basically tastes like leftovers.

The string beans were the only thing that was decent, but decent may be an overstatement.

The crispy beef tasted like deep-fried bread. No meat. Maybe I missed it or maybe it was so thin while the fried part was extreme. I don’t know in either case, not what I was hoping for and I left basically the plate without touching it.

The server was very nice and helpful. Hopefully he finds a restaurant that actually allows him to show his talents without being ashamed of the food.

    Thanks and never again.

My husband and I walked in , everyone welcome us with a open arm. We love the decor , The presentation of the food/drinks/deserts. Their was a Africa American gentleman there that truly went above and beyond to attend to us I wish I remember his name! Thank you sir ! We will definitely come back ♥️

Probably the worst meal I had this year. Overcooked no flavor unhealthy and messed up the order. I've been hear years ago when it was good. Now this place should be closed in basically inedible unhealthy food. I wished I looked at the reviews before I went.

I honestly must have gone to a different place than other reviewers. I eat here about twice a year since it opened. Every single time everything has been amazing from food to service. All I can't think of it must be a lot of hard to please utterly rich folks lol.

Oh dear. Where to begin? If you are going to try and be a top notch restaurant, you might want to start with the food! I've had better from my local delivery service. But let's delve in further :

Decor: 3/10 - are you trying to look like a Hilton hotel lobby?
Service 6/10 - the boys tried hard and I gotta give it to them
Food 1/10 - seriously. I mean really. Are you having a laugh? No. Ok. Pants
Overall - 3/10 - the only thing good about this place is the staff. Everything else is awful

Sorry Mr Chow, but you need some serious help!

Utterly shocked to read the low ratings on this restaurant - everything is amazing. I've eaten at many high end Chinese restaurants around the world and this is easily top 3, if not the best. the food is so delicious and the service is impeccable. I make this location a regular stop anytime I'm in Miami. Don't listen to the haters.
